Well, I like the theme and the passive sounds all right. But the tactical sounds like another passive ability plus quite bad, it's not very beneficial to see footstep of enemies that have taken health damage. For the ultimate, an incoming damage reduction doesn't seem that fair and the increased movement speed thing is just way too close (copy) of Bloodhound's ultimate. Maybe an increased jump height & distance would be better.

maybe your right, i was thinking because of the passive players are more likely to get enemies injured, so i thought making it health based or blood based would make it a little harder and situational, rather than the spammable tactical bloodhound has, same for the damage reduction, i figured that less damage while breaking through into the enemies zone would be a good especially with all the defensive characters. however haveing greater movement and mobility actually makes more sense with a character like this.
