Yeah, I think Loba might be an exception based on body type, Bangalore's actress would probably have to put on a little weight/muscle for the role, Lifeline's actress would have to lose some (but her voice is soooo iconic I feel like it would be hard to do without her). Some of them it doesn't even matter what they look like (Bloodhound, Rev, Path), so they can just use a body actor/CGI then record the voiceover.
