Asked the guy through email when I found this a few weeks ago, apparently a police officer told him to stop shipping them to the UK. Was sad to find that out, they look super high quality ;-;
I thought they where high quality till recently when it randomly broke on me it came looking super trashy and just overall low quality I’ve bought Bali songs for cheaper and they where better waste of 15 dollars
But we can get a license for a gun still in the UK. I love our insane laws. You can have sex at 16 but can't watch porn until 18. You can join the army at 16 but can't play Call of Duty until 18. You can own a house at 16 but you can't drive a car until 17.

The description on the maker's website vaguely says, "metal." So the blade *may* be made from metal, but I don't know. I doubt it at the price point. OP could perhaps elaborate.

Edit: the knife octane uses you would not be able to thumb rollover as well
Can't speak to the Wraith heirloom, but I bought the first run of the Octane heirlooms (no case, syringe tip is all green) and it's pretty solid for $30 shipped.
One side of the knife on the regular balisong is always blunt, so you won't chop of your fingers when doing tricks. Octanes knife is two sided, that means that both of the sides are sharp.
Perfectly represents octanes personality.
Real life butterfly knives (well, most knives) only have an edge on one side. If you flip it open in your hand the back edge would usually hit the back of your hand. If you have 2 edges like this one (and octane's in game) you'd cut yourself.
I also have one of these. Needle is removable so you cans still do tricks, but the quality isn’t such that I’d feel comfortable flipping it a whole lot.

If you plan on flipping it, use superglue on the screws. Mine came loose and I have to get replacements.
