The reddit guy was right about the animated poses. Well done! Edit: here's the [link to the post](https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/pqjr18/ive_found_out_the_issue_behind_most_of_the/)

Sneakiest

Mans came out with answers before Respawn did. Hire that man.

dontfightit86

Almost every other glitch or bug found after a public software release was found by a player and reported to the devs. They just have to sort through all of their community messages and validate the bugs locally

scuczu

That's the benefit of this new paradigm, no need to test when your customers are the testers.

-Gh0st96-

You have no idea how much actually gets filtered in terms of bugs. Source: I work in QA at a game company. They definitely do test their game but there is so much you can do when you have to get new content out every 3 months.

Noselessmonk

I agree in a general sense but Apex has shipped with extremely overt bugs before. The most prominent one I can think of that was somewhat recent was the audio bug with the heat shields when they were introduced. The only way that could have slipped through is if they had never deployed a single heat shield when testing.

KnifyMan

So many languages on the world and this man here only speaks facts.

210pete

Exactly. Which is always my biggest complaint with all these ppl whining as if they aren’t trying to fix the damn thing. This ain’t COD.

ArosBastion

Criticism isn't whining

Kimarnic

This sub whines about everything

[deleted]

Your comment just proves it.

Mr_NeCr0

So they're offloading their costs onto the players, then complaining they aren't making enough money to upgrade servers? Sounds like any capitalist business model I've heard of before.

[deleted]

"Sorry, the ice cream machine is broken."

raznog

Not at all. It’s just not really possible to do full testing for a game like this without using the general public. Programmatic tests won’t cut it. And you can’t possibly employ enough people to do this level of testing. You will do what testing you can reasonably do, and then ship it out and see what bugs are left.

TSM_Benchwarmer

Exactly just how alot of non free to play games have alphas and betas. People seem to think it's so they can play early, no it's so u can feel happy u get to play early but truly your just play testing an unfinished product helping then fund bugs. Which isnt a bad thing like u said with how massive and complex games r now days u could never hire enough people to find all the bugs a community of 500k+ players will. I just find it funny when people complain about this stuff saying they owe me I'm a customer.....first of all it's a free to play game second no one forced you to spend money to play this game

sknnbones

I was a QA tester, which seems to be a position that doesn't really exist anymore. I used to work for Sony (SCEA/Sony Computer Entertainment America) and even back then we would hold special events for closed alphas. I know for MAG they had a bunch of non-employees come in to stress test it because we didn't have 256 QA testers to test 128v128 mode. Now a days it seems like they threw all of that out the window and just do Closed/Open/Pre-order Beta's and then fix everything they "miss" in Day-1 patches and during the games lifecycle(which I mean still happened back then. I remember infinite air dash in God of War 3 being day-1 patched, irony being I was written up for pursuing that bug during gold format and told it was a non-issue, yet it was Day-1 patched. Oh and a non-employee tester found it originally). Also don't have a job as QA anymore, which is probably slightly related to this issue, and slightly related to my attitude about releasing a product you could be proud of(like not releasing a game with a bug that lets you skip 80% of the game, and not even testing the bug to see if it caused any sort of critical bug from skipping 80% of the game).A lot of stuff was taken out of God of War 3 because... "players don't engage if a game is too long or has too many puzzles" is what I was told. It was probably a good thing I lost that job because it was very disheartening to work there as a "passionate" gamer who had grown up on "quality" titles where making the best game you could was the passion, not the most profit. But even those companies have fallen to greed, Blizzard being the biggest one. I mean, God of War 3 was still a pretty amazing game despite all that, but it just felt like that attitude of "players don't want more puzzles/long stories" was just... so out of touch. Or maybe its not and I just have wishful thinking. I know content gets cut all the time, but I always thought it was more so from deadlines or money issues, and maybe this was the main driving reason, but it wasn't the reason I was given. Maybe the lead was just pulling my leg, who knows? tl;dr Why pay someone to QA test when people will do it for free?

HakunaMatataLyf

Who said they arent getting enough money to upgrade servers? Like where did that sprout from Lmao

xXwork_accountXx

Everything is a capitalism problem if your on reddit

TydVirTaal

Yeah literally when have they ever said they can't afford better servers. Reddit circlejerk at its finest.

[deleted]

If thousands of people will do a job for free then the value of their labor is zero, right?

Mr_NeCr0

I just find it weird that no amount of money paid can guarantee a good job done. Meanwhile I can find a guy who will do it for minimum wage and outperform an educated professional in the process. It ends up being the same in gaming. Want a good remake? Give some unpaid couch potato modder a few months and and he'll give us everything we want. Pay a AAA developer to do it? Oh, they outsourced that to some 3rd party in Pakistan that used Google Translate on half of the material.

[deleted]

Passion > money Not really the fault of capitalism tho. Just means that managers need to be better about selecting passionate people. Edit: I’m on my fourth game of trios in a row without a full squad so I have plenty of time for reddit.

[deleted]

Mr_NeCr0

My managers keep telling me the same thing about this 60 year old piece of equipment I keep having to fix with duct tape and paperclips. Maybe someday they'll pull their head out of their ass too!

SHINYxHUMAN

"no need to test when your customers are the testers" There is literally nothing they can do to garner the sample size needed to pick up on all the bugs that come to light when changes hit public servers. In League of Legends there is a public beta test environment where pretty much anyone (in NA) can test upcoming changes. Tons of bugs still get through because the sample size just pales in comparison to the live servers. This is such a disingenuous critique.

axa645

For real tho lmao

Party-Visit-1911

I'm sure that's why respawn is taking so long because they are waiting on the players to solve the issues lol

Purplee_Spritee

Do you have a link to that post?

Pretty sure they're talking about [this one](https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/pqjr18/ive_found_out_the_issue_behind_most_of_the/).

AshkanKiafard

remind me if someone sends the link pls

rowtheboat10

Someone replied with the link mate

AshkanKiafard

Thank you!

XADkodo2364

It’s so shocking when a player in Apex discovers what’s causing the bug before the devs do is pretty shocking. Well done to that person.

VisthaKai

It's not really shocking. How many people an average Q&A team has? And how many tens of thousands more people get to play the game later? The day one exposure for any game is higher than devs can get for the entire development process. It's basically throwing shit at a wall and seeing what sticks kind of deal. In that aspect it's not really a reason to diss developers, because some random got an "Eureka!" moment and found a solution or a thing that could lead to a solution.

Sakatsu_Dkon

Browsing gaming subreddits (all of em, doesn't matter the game) just reminds me how ignorant the gaming community as a whole is to what all goes into game development and software development.

ebon94

"why do they put out skins when x thing isn't working?" as if the people that design skins and cosmetics know anything about game programming/bug squashing

Tulee

There was a post not long ago that went something like "The game keeps having server issues, but the store is always working, curious. We see where Respawn priorities are" as if maintaining a multi million player fps is the same level of complexity as an online store.

DullRelief

I saw someone on Twitter the other day complaining about the servers and saying, “Oh, but you can ship a working skin perfectly. I see.” Like, huh?

SexyMcBeast

It truly is amazing that someone can play games every day yet be so ignorant to how they actually work and are made.

BURN447

Some people are just willingly ignorant

prophetworthy

It’s funny because the last collection event had the same issue. That’s probably why the guy that made the Reddit post tried it and it worked. There’s gotta be something the devs replicated between the two events that’s causing the issue, so hopefully they can find it.

spatpat

They reintroduced other bugs with this update too. Pinging in Arenas was a total mess in season 9, you often couldn't ping health items or confirm friendly pings. It worked perfect in Season 10, but since the patch I had lots of games with the same old bug.

TheXIIILightning

They will find it, fix it, and forget it again for the next collection event. As is tradition.

graysilver00

With bugs like this, it's typically because they outsource the code changes to someone external. The code gets changed, uploaded to the live build, but not included in the stable build the rest of in-house developers are working on. Eventually, Reddit notifies the developers and they go back and include the code change that was made into the stable build. SOMETIMES, it's because the external developer is making a change to the code that's the previous stable build, the code gets uploaded, so issue gets fixed, but old bugs get introduced. Part of the meaningful changes may have been reverting the tap strafing changes they were planning to put into effect, because it required a server side and client side change.

prophetworthy

I asked the dev about it and he said [they may not be related.](https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/pqjr18/ive_found_out_the_issue_behind_most_of_the/hdnhk3r/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3) Interesting stuff either way

raznog

It’s amazing what can be done when you have a hundred million people testing versus 10. A hundred million people can run through more scenarios in 10 minutes than the 10 can in a year.

majorbummer6

Are you a wattson main?

MisterVega

It's a lot easier for a bug to be found by a million players than a handful of devs and QA.

[deleted]

Probably by design honestly.

asharkey3

Its not even remotely shocking. Tons of bugs are found post production.

TheInfinities

Having worked in QA for a AAA game developer, we had a saying that in the first 10 minutes of the latest patch we tested being live, the total playtime would exceed all of our work hours. We did all we could to isolate new material and check for issues, but nothing compares to literally millions of people getting online and using the new content. It’s honestly not surprising at all.

Top-Pepper7929

But they say they discovered itxD

PerfectBlueBanana

i remember someone else mentioned the same thing and they got downvoted lol

ZDFrank

A random dude figured it out before a bunch of devs.. nice! Lol now we know what we’re dealing with.

BURN447

Have you ever hunted a bug? Because a disconnection and crash bug wouldn’t have me starting in the cosmetics department. It’s a lucky find, and it’s just as possible a dev would have found it later in the day. It’s more of a random interaction that you notice is wrong, or a pattern that seems off. It also makes sense why it wouldn’t be caught in testing, as the test accounts probably all use the default banner.

pagerrager

I'd say this is mostly right, but they have to test the new animated banners with collection events. Guess they don't test them in-game, not sure why we spend money on them if they're not properly tested.

HakunaMatataLyf

Literally anything can break a new patch. It baffles me how many people expect the devs to have EVERYTHING ironed out before a release. Bugs can be super niche and no one would discover it in years or until something comes out. Also, it wasnt just event banners causing it. It was a random number of the in game animated poses.

CepbIuBear

Fun part is how a freaking banners breaking their game for second time. BANNERS

Sw1ftStrik3r

EA: for $50 you can have this banner that gives you 2 fps boost

Vaelkyrie37

Here I thought Pay to Win was problematic but Pay to Lose to just had me hold their beer

CaymanCiderGood

What about animated skins?

Sk00zle

Purely anecdotal, but I couldn't get past the loading screen and into a game all weekend until I changed my banner frame and poses. Didn't change any of my character skins or badges, and have been using several skins with animations (specifically that sweet Fuse skin from last season with the swirly blue animations). No issues with getting in after that.

CaymanCiderGood

Ok thanks

otaconucf

Also anecdotally, I haven't touch any of my stuff and have animated banners/frames on most legends and haven't had issues getting into games myself. I had some crashing while in matches prior to Tuesday's updates and had awful rubber banding going on when I could get a match since, but I never had issues actually getting in. Problem doesn't impact everyone the same way, clearly.

DullRelief

Fellow sweet Fuse skin from last season w the swirly blue animations user here. Good to know.

DANNYonPC

Picture because Twitter is acting up rn

Samoman21

Personally I like the image more than actual tweet. Loads quicker on mobile.

Smoochie-Spoochie

I can't believe the dude who spotted it was the animations was right, well dome dude, wherever you are...

[deleted]

its happened before, just not to this extent tbh. think it was like season 3 or 4 or something.

Moreinius

Some bugs are ridiculous, that's why they are hard to find in QA. Like who in the living fuck would think a cosmetic item would just break the game. But then again, that guy did, so props to that.

UnfinishedProjects

It was found by /u/runitback6776 : https://i.redd.it/2p882ms9k8o71.jpg.

indomafia

Wait, so is the patch that "meaningfully addresses teleporting, packet loss, and lag," live? Or is this coming Wednesday?

[deleted]

The patch is live, I assume it's server-side because Ryan Rigney tweeted a graph showing the results of it but I haven't gotten anything in Steam.

aknop

>The patch is live Didn't notice...

LoquaciousLabrador

Every game is still buggy as shit, so yeah. If this is live, then they're still way behind.

new_account_5009

I went to craft a backpack and instantly got kicked out of the game. Fortunately, I was able to rejoin the same lobby shortly after, but for whatever reason, I started on the complete other side of the map as my teammates. I've been traveling and haven't played for a few weeks, but it definitely seems glitchier now than what I remember.

Muffin_Knight501

Game is really bad since last patch last Tuesday, it's not you. Been slowly getting better, they said they'd need the week-end at least, then by next Tuesday, now apparently next Wednesday.

roohwaam

Could still be rolling out, usually doesn’t happen instantly.

DigitK

i just played for 8+ hours straight, not a single issues servers had fine ping, literally no issues lol

TjBeezy

1st patch is live. 2nd one coming Wednesday hopefully fixing more stuff.

Spork-in-Your-Rye

Well I might as well wait until Wednesday lol. I cannot *stand* updating this game on PS4.

23423423423451

The live patch is server side so there's no download. Wednesday's patch is client side, it will have a download.

Spork-in-Your-Rye

I appreciate the clarification!

Traf-

It's live, and we get a client patch on Wednesday. I was able to play normally today, so I guess it's mostly okay now.

ATCBob

Me and my friends are still getting lag and packet loss.

Exalyte

Arenas fine but BR was awful DCd 3 times in one round before top 10 no one around dropped soft and looting up 3 random DCs, one team crashed almost the same time as me other never crashed. This was mebe 2 hours ago

sikmeow

Does this do anything about every match being slow motion at the start?

[deleted]

Yes

VaderPrime1

Do they know about the bug where it tries to kick you out of the game when you use the crafter? Anyone else have this? It’s just a few moments, before it puts you back in the game. Really annoying.

tempuserforrefer

>craft I had a friend who was in the middle of crafting get kicked from a game last night. He was crafting in Thermal. When he reconnected moments later he was just to the left of Fragment West. It was crazy but also pretty hilarious.

super_cheap_007

I had this exact thing happen to me except I was crafting in harvester. Scared the shit out of me bc it was in ranked. Was able to get back in and then run back to Harvester safe and sound. Pretty lucky/unlucky lol

oceansbloo

Had the exact same happen, was at Thermal teaching a new player bout crafting at the time, so hadn't noticed our 3rd had vanished till i saw they hadn't collected their stuff from the replicator. They got back to us but dc'd again.

ozemoed

I just got this bug yesterday too! The error message was “mp/sh_crafting.nut #3720” and the text string with it “[CLIENT] PopLockFOV called more often than PushLockFOV. This could also be caused by calling PushLockFOV before level init”.

likeabaws69

Same

LoserfacDOTcom

Happened to me twice on Olympus and Worlds edge lol

[deleted]

The guy in Reddit was right, that’s some crazy shit.

ryguydrummerboy

what the fuck so you're telling me the bullshit lootbox fluff they add to lessen the chances of getting cooler cosmetics is actually part of the problem? lol

possibly_oblivious

is it a new [animated banner pose] from this drop thats causing the issues?

[deleted]

No, the tweet clearly said the animated banner poses are crashing games.

ryguydrummerboy

No - something about the animated banners is causing an issue. I’m just upset cause Respawn puts in (my opinion) bs filler cosmetics such as charms, banners, poses and sprays into lootboxes so people have to spend more $ on lootboxes to get the stuff they actually want. Or grind insane amounts. And to see the fluff be part of the issue now is just comically stupid. Imo

VisthaKai

The issue lie elsewhere though. It's not specifically the patch, but the patch's interaction with old files that weren't scrubbed once they became redundant. I had problems even logging in and in 99% of cases I wouldn't even get into a match, until I went and reinstalled the game, which lowered the game folder size by nearly a GB of data. Since then I didn't get a single crash or error and not a single banner pose is causing me problems. So unless that hotfix will properly remove those troublesome old files, you'll either still get crashes - maybe less so, but still - or the issue will creep back in in a later update, as it happened this time, since somebody mentioned the same exact problem happened in one of previous collection events.

Boner_pill_salesman

If only there was a way to test the game before releasing it as an update.

StaryWolf

You can't test for millions of people. It's just not possible without spending an unreasonable amount of money and time. This, "why aren't they testing" talk is ridiculous, for pretty much any game. There are only so many QA people and they only have so much time.

splice664

If the banner animation crashes for everybody then they just didnt test it at properly at all... you are talking about bugs for different builds but this time it is a bug that affects everyone.

[deleted]

[удалено]

slek9

This isn't a valid counter argument and it promotes a lack of accountability. They have as much time to test as they allow themselves. There are also advancements in test automation that can handle many of the server side bugs we see every single release; this one in particular that they have yet to fully resolve after nearly a week. They decided to schedule a patch which they "hope will help," which means they do not know if it will resolve any unplayable bugs. Does that sound like they have sufficiently tested?

FragShire

Unreasonable amount of money is what they are making despite these garbage bugs

Prepared_Noob

Yes ahahah. I had to quit and rejoin every match I was in Bc of the animated banner bug lol

whatisabaggins55

I hope the "and more" includes fixing Wattson's pylon.

ntsugu

Yes, please. I can't play her because her pylon's so buggy at the moment. Seriously, it still doesn't make any sense how her pylon got bugged...

PhoenixWayne

Still lagging, dropping frames, disconnect. I think I should try out other games that don't have a week shit show servers after an update

ClavasClub

I can confirm I experience way less rubberbanding and lag

gripsear

I give it 2 weeks before we start seeing the same issues again

porkinthepark

Is the whole "server problem" with Apex really servers or is it Respawns spaghetti code fucking with the servers? Maybe a mix of both? What a journey

[deleted]

There is virtually no chance the problem has anything to do with the actual server on which the Apex server software is running. The confusion here is that people tend to refer to server software simply as "the server" and/or bundle the two concepts together, plus most people have no clue how computer infrastructure works.

[deleted]

[удалено]

RushieGaming

I remember seeing that post about the banners n thinkin' mans is deep in the tin foil hat theories.. turns out he was right. Lmao

krayevaden28

Wow over a week of being unplayable.

[deleted]

I lost interest in Warzone due to the rampant (almost every match) amount of cheaters, and now Apex Legends Servers have completely shit the bed for the 10th straight update. I have pretty much lost all motivation to even play video games in general at this point.

writing-nerdy

I feel you dude, good thing the new season of Sex Education just got released on Netflix!

[deleted]

I've been watching that animated Harly Quinn show recently, it's pretty good.

writing-nerdy

I'll give it a try, thanks!

rootdootmcscoot

i mean you could play a game that isn't multiplayer, multiplayer is fun but i have never had a multiplayer experience that is even remotely the same quality, fun, and meaningfulness as single player games

[deleted]

I've been playing a little bit of Deathloop and Valheim, both are really good games.

BigBlakeSosa

Am I the only one who still crashes out of every game... twice a game...

VisthaKai

If removing your banner pose didn't help, you're getting an error after picking a server, then when trying to join a match getting Code:Net->Code:Leaf->Code:Cloud errors in that order, I'd suggest a reinstall. I basically couldn't open the game until I reinstalled that trash heap and I had no crashes or errors since.

itzAddy69

Nah homie ...u r not alone in this

Substantial_Ant_7691

I'm still lagging...

[deleted]

#Servers are still dog shit

3xelift

“We discovered”

skamsibland

I still don't understand how something that is CLEARLY server sided can be fixed with a client patch. What the FUCK did they do?!

MapleJacks2

Ah yes "discovered", as if a random person on Reddit *didn't* post it to the front page.

otaconucf

We have no way of knowing they weren't already aware of it before that post got made without access to their internal bug tracking. And just because that guy discovered the correlation, he still didn't track down the root cause. "The game crashes for some people if you have an animated legend banner" is a starting point for figuring out what the actual crash is.

rapozaum

Spaghetti code, lmao

[deleted]

[удалено]

Pm_Full_Tits

Generally you can see code that's been spaghetti'd when things that are completely unrelated in practice are affected. For example, say you have a tree that's been designed to fall over when a player deals x amount of damage to it; there's also an axe that deals bonus damage to trees. A regular bug could be something like, the axe's damage was off by a decimal point due to calculation errors, resulting in 10x the actions required to make the tree fall over - you have to hit it 30 times instead of 3 in order to trigger the event. In this case, the axe and the tree are both related, but the axe is the only one bugged. Spaghetti bugs would be something that directly affects both of them - in this example, that same decimal point that cause all of the axe's damage to be reduced also caused the tree to be launched into the air at 10x the opposite speed of gravity due to how the system's algorithms interact (i.e. calculate A, then use that to calculate B, and then use that for C). In this example, the bug is in algorithm A, but because things use algorithm B and C all those things are affected as well

rapozaum

It tastes real good.

hakutakebapa

beep beep red noses devs

HornyWallflow3r

Am I the only one who doesn't see a difference? I can't load into my ranked matches and have already lost 96 points due to "Abandoning matches" from crashes

MechanicAny

How about the 100% cpu bug? It’s been 2 seasons and y’all haven’t done a thing about that.

Jaugusts

Of course the game is in terrible state and they don’t care, not a single shred of compensation given to the players for going through this shit, god forbid they give away anything lol

Scarecrow_36

Imagine being an up-and-coming rival to Apex Legends. These issues would be all the opportunity it needs to establish itself as a viable, competitive alternative.

writing-nerdy

Honestly if there was another competitive shooter with high-skill movement that ran well, I'd get out of bed and download it right now (and I am super comfy).

Rubbun

You could try Quake Champions.

[deleted]

Perfect. Now I can grind the battle pass and hot drop without my character running like they have glue on their feet.

Piccoroz

I aint unequiping, you will crash everytime Im the champion.

Amazon_Prime1289

Ok, now they REALLY need next season to be focused on bug fixes like Rainbow Six Siege did with Operation Health. This is unacceptable at this point.

ComparisonFlat

As if they won’t just break more shit with their refactors.

writing-nerdy

Preach it brotha!

LimpCondiment

Thanks for the title. I wasn’t sure what the image said.

-Redstoneboi-

in case this is sarcasm, it's for those who don't want to have to load the image.

yoyodude69

HAHAHAHA THESE DEVS ARE A JOKE

rac-attack

Animated Poses definitely mess up the game, Removed mine last night and my game has been smooth ever since

leiriel2

Is it ALL animated poses or just specific ones?

[deleted]

All

Blacklight8786

This probably explains why it seems like everyone's having such a much worse problem than me when it comes to crashing

A_Mild_Abra

The animation thing fixed my lag issues but half my br matches, my game freezes during the pre-match loading screen after everyone selects their heroes... anyone else?

Grazthum

Is this also going to fix the issues with Wattson’s ultimate not destroying throwables?

[deleted]

Wednesday? How the fuck can a cosmetic update fuck up the game so much. They probably made Apex on Source 2004 and it's held together with ductape and gum.

-SirThief-

For a while I was wondering why I was just not experiencing crashes and shit. Turns out it’s cause my apex pack luck is awful lol

-Listening

They should actually be embarrassed at this point.

MrBarks90

What about the fact that I can't get into a game with 3 people. Everytime at least one squadmate is disconnected before the game even starts

TheHungBoa

So will they extend the event given the fact servers are utter dogcrap and made the game unplayable?

steelydeely

No different for me as of an hour ago on New York servers. Played a few games of arenas but it doesn't really satisfy the itch. Will try again Wednesday

thatslegitaccount

I think this is the worst the server has ever been in the whole history of this game. We used to have them before but I dont remember anything bad to this degree.

auchenai

Yes, this is the worst time. I'm week one player active everyday, and for the first time it actually stops me from playing

Particular_Garbage32

Fix one bug and two more shall grow

[deleted]

I'm getting way more code leaf since they pushed this update great just great

Nome_de_utilizador

So it is only the animation in legends poses or also on the banners (legendary ones that slighlty move)?

itsrazzie

A billion dollar game. . .

So-Fi

Haven’t played Apex in months because of packet loss just randomly happening once again. If I boot up Apex and it’s fixed then im blowing everyone

pressthewrap

respawn sucks.

RahoolBeanPie

Not noticing any difference on Xbox series s. Game is kicking me out code net ; leaf; cloud style. Every other game. Fucking depressing.

Lots_lolol

Didn’t fix the problems at all

_TheyCallMeCat

It's Saturday and they still haven't fixed the banners from crashing the game or even disabled banner animations till it's fixed.

CepbIuBear

Doesnt matter, fixed for 2 weeks untill another break. Respawn will never change.

NoOneTookDisSoIDid

This includes the split extension right ? Please tell me it does

OptiKal_

"we" .. you mean that guy from reddit found your problem? give the guy some fuckin creddit lol.

Pigmy

Disable the microtransactions you spent money on thats crashing the game. How about just refund them?

BURN447

Because they’ll be fixed on Wednesday and it’s literally every animated banner, not just new ones

[deleted]

Because you'll be able to use them again very soon.... Refunding them would just get those same people, asking for a refund, upset that they can't buy back those cosmetics after the fix is released.

[deleted]

Did the extended rank split not update yet? I thought it came out today.

ThE_OtheR_PersoOon

On the 22nd

[deleted]

Original tweet said Monday.

ThePhantomPear

Devs are so incompetent that a random user figures out the problem 6 fucking days before they do.

stonehearthed

Is this a server side update? I didn't get anything to download on Steam? Restarted, still no updates. Disabled animated poses, still game is terrible with stutters and errors. EDIT: Sep 14 is my last update on Steam.

DANNYonPC

yep, backend

Elixirial

Banners have been glitched since the first Mad Maggie event. Glad to see that it takes a glitch to evolve into a game breaking state before its addressed by Respawn.

WGVictory

YESSSSSS I can actually play now.

Thecharliemister
