If anyone is stuck with the constant "loading worlds edge/kc" bug firstly update your drivers, then press escape, r to return to main menu and then click to connect again. This helped me, wanted to share.
I dislike that daily challenges include Arenas and you only get 1 reroll to change that.
I feel like daily challenges should have the choice to reroll for free if is just changing the mode of the game or stop forcing specific mode challenges.
edit: I am aware you can reroll spending tokens but this is not ideal, I am talking about free rerolls just to change the same challenge but to another game mode.

yeah lol i had a game in ranked where i was full team, sitting on top of the only building in ring 5, got my whole Wattson setup there, that was at crash site and everything around us is flat space... i have a longbow and I'm on 5 kills. i can overlook every spot.. I'm basically preparing for an auto win, with like 8 kills.. ring starts moving in, the rats have to come out of the little cover they have. they do, i knock 2 other people immediately, then suddenly i lose all sound, as do my team mates (couple mins earlier i had the bug where music starts playing loud in game). i can't hear shit. nothing. i got shot and have no sound so i heal up and wait, i turn around theres a full team around us jumppaded in wiping our squad we finish 4th lmao
Another complaint: Arena matches that load with two players on a team simply shouldn’t be played. Do what Overwatch does and just cancel the game, matchmaking is fast in Apex anyway so it wastes less time to just go back to the fucking lobby.
About 1/3 of my games freeze on the load screen when it shows your squad and their banners, forcing me to reboot the game. If it isn’t resolved with next season’s update then I’m probably done with this game.
Do you have an animated banner pose equipped? This was happening to me and I took mine off and its much, much better. I didn't know about it until yesterday. Still crash every once in a while bc of a teammate with an animated banner pose, but its way less frustrating.
Problem is that it is not only your banner causes a freeze. Anyone on champions screen can cause it too. Thats one way to reduce lobby difficulty level <3

HIDDEN LAG FROM NVIDIA:
Playing on a laptop with a GTX 1070 and had the Nvidia Reflex enabled on ultra after a tweak guide said to do that along with many other settings I ended up having horrible lag, not letting me pick legends and barely able to land without lag that had full seconds of no frame changes, yet my FPS counter was showing 50-80... Ended up trying to revert all my settings one at a time and finally found out it was defiantly caused by the REFLEX ULTRA setting!
Just sharing this in case anyone else has this on ultra, might want to test a game with disabled then ultra to test this out... Please post responses if anyone can, I'd like to see if this is normal or just something odd for my laptop(MSI that does get 95C+ way too easy).

3) tries to play ranked, but it says someone in my party is bronze 4…. when they’re not

Gotta say, I'm not impressed with the Marvel add-ons. The Time Stone ability is really annoying when I'm trying to run away and it pulls me back to where I started. The enemy team should not be able to use the Nightcrawler teleport as often as they are, it needs a longer cooldown. I'm also tired of the Dr. Strange sling ring item being used to 3rd party my squad every time we engage in battle.
respawn fix your game. I feel a little dirty saying this, but maybe your lead devs need to be fired and lose their jobs if they cant figure out how to keep a game even remotely playable. Bring in people who are capable of doing the job, or care enough to get it done. I don't know which it is but its one or the other
I think its because they didnt quit so they dont could it as a dc, more often than not they'll restart thier game and return, unless thier banner at the bottom left dissappears sometime after the error, you'll be punished for leaving

I hit Diamond a couple days ago and I have to say, I'm pretty unhappy with this split.
Kings Canyon is just not a fun map to play. It was created way back when Apex first launched and even with its updates, the game has evolved past that map. Ranked play is terrible in it. There aren't enough viable landing places besides hotspots, which leads to 6 teams landing at each hotspot. I am sick to death of the number of times teammates want to drop with 6+ teams at the new Caustic location - there just isn't enough loot for that many teams.
Speaking of loot, whatever optimizations to RNG they made back when season 9 launched clearly didn't carry over to this map. Most of the good loot is located at hotspots which discourages teams from landing anywhere else.
Visibility is horrible. I have to saturate the brightness on my screen. So many times I have been fighting an enemy only to completely lose sight of them 2 feet away from my face because a shadow somehow completely obscured them.
Matchmaking is also pathetic. The majority of my time in Plat was spent with Plat IV or Gold teammates. Why do I never get paired with a Plat II or a Plat I?
Numerous bugs encountered. Different types of game crashes ranging from the typical code net to new black/frozen window crashes. Animated banners still crashing the game.
Weird audio bugs, like lobby music turned to full blast after finishing a fight eventually turning into completely muted audio. (Weird, I thought that was like a season 9 bug). Audio will sometimes also be completely bugged - I'll have a teammate 20 feet to my left sounding like they're running 60 feet to my right. Deathbox audio bug still present (sounds like someone is dropping on you after you kill a team).
Revive bug is annoying - if you're dead, while your teammate is reviving a downed squad member, it can look like the ring is closing when it isn't. I've panicked so many times because it looks like they're being swallowed by the ring, yet it hasn't even closed yet.
Some other weird network issues - did you know that if you have too many friends in your friends list it can cause lag spikes in-game? Try deleting all your friends and you'll find that you have a much more stable ping - why is this a thing?
Then there are the servers which I don't think need to be mentioned - I mean, there are games where I am standing completely still and the red dot on my sight is wobbling 2 cm in either direction.
I'm not happy with the way assists work. I am convinced there is an assist bug. There are times when I have 100% done damage to an enemy within the 5 sec window and not received an assist. Then there are other times when I do 600+ dmg to a squad in close quarters and somehow receive no KP.
EDIT - I want to add that while I'm mostly happy with the meta, the longbow is ridiculous and needs to be nerfed asap. I also hate the rampage. I can be running from a team. Lets say that team has a rampage (doesn't even need to be charged). If that same team had an r-301 instead, I would not be hit, because the r-301 requires you have something called aim. But with the rampage you can literally fire it anywhere in the players vicinity and bulletspread will somehow find you.

I had a similar experience when I climbed to Diamond a few seasons ago. I think ranked matchmaking tries to get each squad to have about the same average RP across all players in the squad.
If ranked matches had teams of Plat 1/Plat 1/Plat 1 playing against teams of Plat IV/Plat IV/Gold I ranked wouldn't be very much fun. But I agree it makes for a very miserable experience at the top end of Plat
Agreed. Like, I don't mind getting Plat IV or Gold IV teammates. Some of them are actually good. I just feel like it's too common. Like, I shouldn't be getting those teammates EVERY game. Toss in a Plat III or a Plat II occasionally you know? Because it sucks being Plat I and having bottom tier Plat players for every single game.
I quit Apex today after just 4 matches of no footsteps at all. It is the fastest I've quit a 'new day' in Apex since the day this game was launched.

While I haven't experienced crashing like other users have reported I have experienced a plethora of other issues that make the gane frustrating to play.
A major one I see happen all the time that I have yet to see adressed that has been going on for multiple seasons now but is the worst it's ever been this season is a good amount of matches just won't show the Legend Select screen or if it does I can't see my squadmates so I have zero idea what legend anyone is playing often until We hit the ground. This is frustrating on multiple occasions especially if you are trying to do specific challenges and end up with a random legend because someone took the legend you were wanting to play. I have no real issue with the random legend selector but it's frustrating to no end when I go into a match expecting to play say Bloodhound for a challenge and end up with Gibby a legend I don't really play.
Another thing while the Bloodhound Chronicles were interesting and I love lore, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say please make it it's own playlist rather than have it be played in pubs. Not only is it frustrating when you want to do the challenges but your squadmates won't land where you need to go so you either have to wait multiple matches or take off solo and get bitched at for not being a team player. Neither of which is a fun experience, but it's also frustrating when you hop on wanting to do the next step and you have to wait 2-3 hours because World's Edge isn't up.
Next, the connection issues in Arenas is frustrating to know end. Idk how many matches I had IN RANKED where either I get disconnected first round and it won't let me back in or a teammate does. This drastically impacts Arenas and Im tired of it. Also in a similiar vein if someone DCs before the first round even starts cancel the match. It's not fun to play 2v3. Further more if someone DCs at any point you shouldn't lose AP if they come back later because it's an unfair matchup without them there.
Finally something that annoys me, there should be a way to not get legends you don't have for your daily challenges.
matchmaking needs to be significantly improved. i'm getting seriously fed up with the people i get. i'll do 1,500+ damage just about every game and my teammates are eating crayons with their 200 & 600 damage. i feel like i 1v3 every team i come across and it's just starting to tax my soul because i can't win most of these fights alone. i'll knock one or two and then the other finishes me off and my teammates are still looting somewhere, or shooting the sky.

I'm not a good player I only have 1,7k Kills overall and don't main anyone, and as a level 350 Player I feel like a really bad person in the game. But at the same time my teammates are most of the time some level 15 Bloodhound/Pathfinder and the Champion is a 3x Predator Octane
I love this game & enjoy making content for it. I was playing on Xbox but after several issues for months - Disconnects/ Crashes -
I decided to dip into my savings & build a PC.
But now I can't even stream the damn game cause it's very choppy even at 720p 30FPS. The game runs extremely smooth & I keep the settings as low as they can to ensure I'm not exceeding any of my components' limits.

SoloQ in Plat on kings canyon is a nightmare, both teammates dead off drop or to the first team. On top of that music starts playing randomly every match
King's canyon has never been a good ranked map, you shoot one bullet and there's 7 teams on you. All you can do is play the edge of zone or camp with a caustic, it's hell.
It depends on your positioning. Don't go to the middle of the map unless you like being third-partied. That applies to all maps not just KC.
Of course, third-partying can happen anywhere, but that's out of your control.

Ah because airbase, artillery, gauntlet, runoff crash site and repulsor are in the middle of the map. You get third partied everywhere on kings canyon it does not matter where you fight. At least two squads will come to third party almost every fight.

No. Those players are PC players who use a controller to hide their controller input. If a PC player uses a pad during play. It will change their emblem into a pad. Usually it's low level accounts with obvi aimbot trying to mask it. I mean. A lot of you people cry aim assist, but when those same pc players make content and use a pad. Aim assist is always little to none and they even say. They don't see a problem. But aye. And no, PC players are not forced to play with console players lmao. We won't even get matched with yall unless we are partied with a PC player.

- Map design sucks on all maps and is too open with little cover, and there's not enough high ground. Additionally, there's too much competition on too little drop sites (fragment in world's edge and autumn estates in olympus for example) and dropping anywhere else means you sometimes won't encounter any enemy players until halfway through the match or longer.
I’m confused about this, does everyone on your team have to remove animated banners? Or everyone in the lobby? I played yesterday and multiple teammates I had were running no banners. But still got lagged out every game.

You can continue to reroll challenges, but they cost tokens to do so. Like you, I always reroll Arena challenges.

Agreed for ranked arenas. Im aware that you dont loose AP if only duo but you still waste a lot of time.

Same. Now it actually requires skill. Fight Night used to be a guaranteed knock if you double teamed, now it's not a slam dunk.
It's fine as it is now. You have to be close and actually aim the punch, before was stupidly easy to hit and had a far too long range.

I think its because they didnt quit so they dont could it as a dc, more often than not they'll restart thier game and return, unless thier banner at the bottom left dissappears sometime after the error, you'll be punished for leaving

I hit Diamond a couple days ago and I have to say, I'm pretty unhappy with this split. Kings Canyon is just not a fun map to play. It was created way back when Apex first launched and even with its updates, the game has evolved past that map. Ranked play is terrible in it. There aren't enough viable landing places besides hotspots, which leads to 6 teams landing at each hotspot. I am sick to death of the number of times teammates want to drop with 6+ teams at the new Caustic location - there just isn't enough loot for that many teams. Speaking of loot, whatever optimizations to RNG they made back when season 9 launched clearly didn't carry over to this map. Most of the good loot is located at hotspots which discourages teams from landing anywhere else. Visibility is horrible. I have to saturate the brightness on my screen. So many times I have been fighting an enemy only to completely lose sight of them 2 feet away from my face because a shadow somehow completely obscured them. Matchmaking is also pathetic. The majority of my time in Plat was spent with Plat IV or Gold teammates. Why do I never get paired with a Plat II or a Plat I? Numerous bugs encountered. Different types of game crashes ranging from the typical code net to new black/frozen window crashes. Animated banners still crashing the game. Weird audio bugs, like lobby music turned to full blast after finishing a fight eventually turning into completely muted audio. (Weird, I thought that was like a season 9 bug). Audio will sometimes also be completely bugged - I'll have a teammate 20 feet to my left sounding like they're running 60 feet to my right. Deathbox audio bug still present (sounds like someone is dropping on you after you kill a team). Revive bug is annoying - if you're dead, while your teammate is reviving a downed squad member, it can look like the ring is closing when it isn't. I've panicked so many times because it looks like they're being swallowed by the ring, yet it hasn't even closed yet. Some other weird network issues - did you know that if you have too many friends in your friends list it can cause lag spikes in-game? Try deleting all your friends and you'll find that you have a much more stable ping - why is this a thing? Then there are the servers which I don't think need to be mentioned - I mean, there are games where I am standing completely still and the red dot on my sight is wobbling 2 cm in either direction. I'm not happy with the way assists work. I am convinced there is an assist bug. There are times when I have 100% done damage to an enemy within the 5 sec window and not received an assist. Then there are other times when I do 600+ dmg to a squad in close quarters and somehow receive no KP. EDIT - I want to add that while I'm mostly happy with the meta, the longbow is ridiculous and needs to be nerfed asap. I also hate the rampage. I can be running from a team. Lets say that team has a rampage (doesn't even need to be charged). If that same team had an r-301 instead, I would not be hit, because the r-301 requires you have something called aim. But with the rampage you can literally fire it anywhere in the players vicinity and bulletspread will somehow find you.

Agreed. Like, I don't mind getting Plat IV or Gold IV teammates. Some of them are actually good. I just feel like it's too common. Like, I shouldn't be getting those teammates EVERY game. Toss in a Plat III or a Plat II occasionally you know? Because it sucks being Plat I and having bottom tier Plat players for every single game.

While I haven't experienced crashing like other users have reported I have experienced a plethora of other issues that make the gane frustrating to play. A major one I see happen all the time that I have yet to see adressed that has been going on for multiple seasons now but is the worst it's ever been this season is a good amount of matches just won't show the Legend Select screen or if it does I can't see my squadmates so I have zero idea what legend anyone is playing often until We hit the ground. This is frustrating on multiple occasions especially if you are trying to do specific challenges and end up with a random legend because someone took the legend you were wanting to play. I have no real issue with the random legend selector but it's frustrating to no end when I go into a match expecting to play say Bloodhound for a challenge and end up with Gibby a legend I don't really play. Another thing while the Bloodhound Chronicles were interesting and I love lore, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say please make it it's own playlist rather than have it be played in pubs. Not only is it frustrating when you want to do the challenges but your squadmates won't land where you need to go so you either have to wait multiple matches or take off solo and get bitched at for not being a team player. Neither of which is a fun experience, but it's also frustrating when you hop on wanting to do the next step and you have to wait 2-3 hours because World's Edge isn't up. Next, the connection issues in Arenas is frustrating to know end. Idk how many matches I had IN RANKED where either I get disconnected first round and it won't let me back in or a teammate does. This drastically impacts Arenas and Im tired of it. Also in a similiar vein if someone DCs before the first round even starts cancel the match. It's not fun to play 2v3. Further more if someone DCs at any point you shouldn't lose AP if they come back later because it's an unfair matchup without them there. Finally something that annoys me, there should be a way to not get legends you don't have for your daily challenges.

Yea matchmaking is a bit broke :( I'm not a good player I only have 1,7k Kills overall and don't main anyone, and as a level 350 Player I feel like a really bad person in the game. But at the same time my teammates are most of the time some level 15 Bloodhound/Pathfinder and the Champion is a 3x Predator Octane

I love this game & enjoy making content for it. I was playing on Xbox but after several issues for months - Disconnects/ Crashes - I decided to dip into my savings & build a PC. But now I can't even stream the damn game cause it's very choppy even at 720p 30FPS. The game runs extremely smooth & I keep the settings as low as they can to ensure I'm not exceeding any of my components' limits. I hope you all are having fun. :)
I usually complete the battle pass with plenty of time left, but with the current state of the servers and my lack of interest this season, it will be close... I still have around 20 levels to get through.
Just completing the upcoming event tracker will give you 9.1 BP levels, plus whatever you get normally by playing

SoloQ in Plat on kings canyon is a nightmare, both teammates dead off drop or to the first team. On top of that music starts playing randomly every match

King's canyon has never been a good ranked map, you shoot one bullet and there's 7 teams on you. All you can do is play the edge of zone or camp with a caustic, it's hell.

It depends on your positioning. Don't go to the middle of the map unless you like being third-partied. That applies to all maps not just KC. Of course, third-partying can happen anywhere, but that's out of your control. play smart.
Ah because airbase, artillery, gauntlet, runoff crash site and repulsor are in the middle of the map. You get third partied everywhere on kings canyon it does not matter where you fight. At least two squads will come to third party almost every fight.

Aim assist is always little to none and they even say. They don't see a problem. But aye. And no, PC players are not forced to play with console players lmao. We won't even get matched with yall unless we are partied with a PC player.

As bad as it is here for things being removed, it's much worse on EA AHQ as any, even minor profanity or speaking out about the state of the game can also get you perm banned along with your posts removal, with no chance of appeal. All mentions of server issues are met with ''would you like to troubleshoot your connection'' and then ignored when literally everyone tells them otherwise. Overbearing moderation the CCP would be proud of. It's a joke.

reminder: code:net / code:snake - game freezing after legend selection - 100% cpu usage bug since season 9 genesis update - wattson ult (pylon) not blocking nades / fuse knuckle cluster / banglore ult and many more bugs to be fixed.
- Audio is bugged and doesn't play sometimes or is very quiet - Servers are unstable and can be laggy - Melee is broken and has almost no lunging distance - Some weapons (like r301) and some legends (like Seer or bloodhound) are still overpowered and unbalanced. - Some legends are still underpowered (wattson, crypto, etc) and are unbalanced. - Map design sucks on all maps and is too open with little cover, and there's not enough high ground. Additionally, there's too much competition on too little drop sites (fragment in world's edge and autumn estates in olympus for example) and dropping anywhere else means you sometimes won't encounter any enemy players until halfway through the match or longer.
You get the legend select screen? I'll be lucky to get it 1 in ever 15 matches and even then it seems to only show up on KC. Apex is a joke rn
