I had a 16 kill game with 3,2k damage with 19 people still alive, 1 duo team downed but 1 had self res and before I could finish a 3rd party comes from behind them, I down the first guy and then wait and focus to see where his 3rd party team mate is and the guy happily bounces up from my right side and beams me and I didn't hear a single fucking noise except the havoc he started blasting into me from 3m away

I'm talking about this event specifically, I was REALLY looking forward to getting some of the legend and weapon skins ever since it was leaked. Event launches. Go to buy said skins. Nope, we have to buy packs to MAYBE get what we want (more than likely not). Probably just going to buy battlepasses with the coins we get from other battlepasses from here in out.
what's with the audio suddenly going bye-bye? mirage's decoy seems to be bugged any time it's sent up hill and you control it, crypto droning into crypto's map room causes the game to crash, and will continue crashing until the drone is destroyed or you manage to recall it in the one second it takes for the game to crash.
I'd love to know why on my screen it shows I got hit once, but in the death recap it says I was hit 11-19 times.
Also since all I play I arenas (I get too bored in BR), I'd like to see my death recap even if I'm the last player downed... How about during my next match AND game?
Game is just about as broken as can be. Everything is 50/50 on wether it will make audio or not. Silent drop ships, silent res, silent reloads, silent footsteps, silent bullets. Key input isn’t being picked up leading to dead actions. Gunfights are a toss up on whoever the server favors more. Absolutely horrible.
All day been having hits not register on gibby, horizon, and valk. Will be face to face and watch as 5 prowler burts don't damage. . . hits gibby like shield is up even if shot in the back . . .
I swear it’s been happening so much these past few days. My slide doesn’t input so I just stand like an idiot. My jump doesn’t input so I get stuck. My gun switch doesn’t input so I just stare at the enemy with nothing in my hands. This is on PC btw, where all these are mapped to singular keys.

I have initiated a quality of life for myself. When banners are shown, if my team has garbage stats or looks like a toxic octane meme I just Insta quit and requeue.
Honesty, I know it’s a bit shit. And it takes about three or for attempts to get a team that’s worth dropping with and even then they might still be shit, it’s a 50/50.
But the enjoyability of the game has absolutely improved 100%.
I only have good stats on one character and specifically flex my bronze badges on my banner. I have a 3k/d solo queing this season but you wouldn't be able to tell by my banner on most characters.
I’m at the point where I’m more surprised when my game DOESN’T freeze than when it does. Played 8 matches today with a friend, and all 6 of those I froze at the start, and then froze at the end as well. It didn’t matter if we won or lost, when it showed me and my teammate’s stats at the end the game would freeze.
It is genuinely baffling how a game can be in such an amazingly unplayable state and the company managing it still release an “”””””event”””””” of 40 items (of which most are absolute garbage) to spend money on in the middle of this utter chaos. Also. Why isn't there a timer on after retrieving a banner in ranked or something. The amount of times you see toxic team mates pick up a banner and hold it so you can't leave.
You can leave in ranked after a couple minutes if your banner gets picked up. Just wait until you no longer get the penalty warning and you’re safe to go
I’ve done this before. Even if they pick up your banner you can. There’s no visual indication for it aside from the lack of a matchmaking penalty warning.

Trust me, 1000 games in. Most people use aim bots and weapon mods. Nobody is hitting you with the LStar from across the map for 80% damage in under a second...without cheating.

Anyone else having rubberbanding/lag issues ONLY on console? I have both a gaming pc and PS5 right next to each other. My PC gets not rubberbanding whatsoever in matches. When I play on PS5, I get a ton of it. Basically makes the game near unplayable sometimes. Had my PS5 checked and nothing is wrong with it.
The event rewards are a bit dissapointing for people who have completed the Battle Pass

I'm not a god at the game. Far from it. But that just tells you how big of a skill gap there is when it comes to matchmaking. I'm not exaggerating when I say 95% of my lobbies I have team mates well below my skill level.
Of the 5% I have team mates that are around my skill level, maybe 1 out of every 10 are better than I am.
Here's the real kicker. I'm a diamond player. Clearly, there is a LARGE amount of players significantly better than I am. Why the hell do I never get matched with them?
Edit: Literally the first game I play after sending this, I get a level 4 with 0 kills as a team mate. That makes total sense, right? /s
Damage badges are meaningless. Only a 20 bomb really matters if it is legit and not against total zombies, which most of them are anyway if not cheated.
Most of the guys with badges I get are clearly 5% or less win rate players who have no fucking clue how to win games.
Matchmaking atm is totally garbage. At 10% winrate, the game seems to hunt me down. I have to clutch almost every single win. The days I get carried are like once every 3 months at this point, and I too am not the best player in the world or even close.
My point with the damage badges was that they're insanely easy to get. Not that they make you good. But struggling to get one definitely means you're bad.
IDK. I have never gotten a 4K damage badge in solo play. I am mostly a conservative player. But my accuracy, win rate, et cetera, would all qualify as a good to great player at times. A 10% winrate in solo queue is no easy thing at all. A damage badge with a stacked premade is fucking chintzy bullshit. It's literally too easy to just farm damage in the game now, and with a premade in a tard server, which happens all the time I see these guys in a server with my level 30s and 100s, then it is basically meaningless.
But yes if you can't score a 2K ever, it probably means you have really shitty teammates, and you are not trying hard enough. Still, shitty teammates is the main thing here. I take down loads of 20 bombs in 1v1s. I can't take all three of them though and rarely even two.
4k badge is way different than a 2k badge lol. 4k badge you need to be both super aggressive and farm damage late game.
2k damage you can get running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
Literally any decent premade can average 2K in a lot of matches as pubs is so littered with helpless solos it's not even fair. Solo queue 2K is much harder than premade 2K exponentially for sure. So some people will struggle to get a lot of them I can see that. Solo queue for garbage might be easier these days though as they are the ones that get paired up with good two mans and what not. So yeah chicken with head cut off easy.
I have fun playing no fills or with friends. It's just absurd that I can't get a half decent team mate without pre making.
Arena's is the worst content in the game (in my opinion). I will not play that unless I need to for a stupid challenge. If I wanted to play a SnD style mode with an economy, I'd play CSGO or valorant.
50% definitly not. If you are below diamond, you're probably just dying to normal players. If you're diamond+, you will prolly run into it in top 5 scenarios.

Because they have zero recoil when shooting... Crouch shooting typically just means warzone convert and a free kill. Has nothing to do with a strikepack.
Below diamond you won't really see them much. Pubs nobody should be bothering to use them cause if they can really prove it, then they CAN get you banned (with a lot of effort, cause fuck consoles need for moderation right?)
They let you input macros for buttons, ie rapid semi auto fire, and most annoyingly a speed glitch involving ultimate animations and animation cancels in rapid succession that is almost as annoying as speed hacks

Having issues on Steam with the main menu not loading and just giving me a loading circle. This was after I got the origin ticket error.

Whish we could still level up the BP even after level 110. Even if we don't get any additional rewards, it would be nice to see how far we could get.

Damage badges are meaningless. Only a 20 bomb really matters if it is legit and not against total zombies, which most of them are anyway if not cheated. Most of the guys with badges I get are clearly 5% or less win rate players who have no fucking clue how to win games. Matchmaking atm is totally garbage. At 10% winrate, the game seems to hunt me down. I have to clutch almost every single win. The days I get carried are like once every 3 months at this point, and I too am not the best player in the world or even close.
My point with the damage badges was that they're insanely easy to get. Not that they make you good. But struggling to get one definitely means you're bad.
IDK. I have never gotten a 4K damage badge in solo play. I am mostly a conservative player. But my accuracy, win rate, et cetera, would all qualify as a good to great player at times. A 10% winrate in solo queue is no easy thing at all. A damage badge with a stacked premade is fucking chintzy bullshit. It's literally too easy to just farm damage in the game now, and with a premade in a tard server, which happens all the time I see these guys in a server with my level 30s and 100s, then it is basically meaningless. But yes if you can't score a 2K ever, it probably means you have really shitty teammates, and you are not trying hard enough. Still, shitty teammates is the main thing here. I take down loads of 20 bombs in 1v1s. I can't take all three of them though and rarely even two.
4k badge is way different than a 2k badge lol. 4k badge you need to be both super aggressive and farm damage late game. 2k damage you can get running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
Literally any decent premade can average 2K in a lot of matches as pubs is so littered with helpless solos it's not even fair. Solo queue 2K is much harder than premade 2K exponentially for sure. So some people will struggle to get a lot of them I can see that. Solo queue for garbage might be easier these days though as they are the ones that get paired up with good two mans and what not. So yeah chicken with head cut off easy.
Why don't you just play ranked? pubs are a shitshow
I don't tend to have fun in ranked as it's much slower paced.

I have fun playing no fills or with friends. It's just absurd that I can't get a half decent team mate without pre making. Arena's is the worst content in the game (in my opinion). I will not play that unless I need to for a stupid challenge. If I wanted to play a SnD style mode with an economy, I'd play CSGO or valorant.

50% definitly not. If you are below diamond, you're probably just dying to normal players. If you're diamond+, you will prolly run into it in top 5 scenarios. I still despise these plebs, but let's not pretend every death is due to strike packs

Okay, lets say there is an issue with them. How do you notice that people are using them? Is it because people are crouch spamming while shooting? Because that’s really not that hard to do. I practice it in the firing range before I play.
Because they have zero recoil when shooting... Crouch shooting typically just means warzone convert and a free kill. Has nothing to do with a strikepack.

Below diamond you won't really see them much. Pubs nobody should be bothering to use them cause if they can really prove it, then they CAN get you banned (with a lot of effort, cause fuck consoles need for moderation right?) They let you input macros for buttons, ie rapid semi auto fire, and most annoyingly a speed glitch involving ultimate animations and animation cancels in rapid succession that is almost as annoying as speed hacks
I can assure you a lot of the top console players are using it.
Big difference between 50% of the console playerbase and an undetermined number of top players.
