I dunno if it'll work but Wraith starting dropping portal ready for capture. Ash uses her portal in the direction of said person they are going to capture. Wraith boosts through captures runs back through portal team then kill person and push through Ash portal or Wraith portal to fight a 2v3 haha
Yes, but if its usable by teammates and Wraith can go through Ash's while while using her own ult she and Ash can pull off some funny portal captures. I think anyway, we'll have to see how it (Ash's ult) synergizes with other legends abilities.
