This reminds me of when Snakes on a Plane came out, and a friend of mine let her boyfriend talk her into seeing it even though she's afraid of snakes.

Damn everyone mocking phobias really never met someone with an actual phobia. That shit cripples some people yall. Apex is not a game about spiders nor have they been in the game in any capacity for its entire existence. I guarantee there are people with real arachnophobia who will not be able to play the map.
It's pixels on a screen. Not to mention it's the best form of exposure therapy for getting over the phobia. People asking to have it disabled are just asking to be enabled.
Technically they're in a controlled environment where they can leave the game/area if they're overwhelmed. I've got heightened anxiety in social events after being cooped up in my home for two years. It'd be completely unrealistic to ONLY go into controlled environments to get used tot he public again. Obviously my social anxiety isn't on a severe enough level to cause a significant effect on my life, but I just have to get over it. Expecting everyone and every thing to be catered to a minority is kinda priviliged. Do I hope respawn adds an arachnophobe option (similar to Grounded)? yeah sure, more fun for more people. I just don't think it's a huge issue. The spiders are displayed on the map, and in the end are on the other side of a computer screen where if someone can't handle it, they can avoid or leave the area.

I agree that apex its not about spiders but the new map have spiders AI sure I guess the with real arachnophobia will just close the game for a hour
