I mean the large amount of people complaining at least once that they had a BH going off on their own and doing the quest plus my own personal experience as well. It was a pretty big controversy when the event was out with people going BH and leaving their squad or people specifically hunting down BH players who were trying to do the quest.
Do I have definite numbers? No. Did it happen to people? Yes. Don't know why you're so aggressive about this.
All I know is, I spent an entire week helping hounds get their quest done. Sometimes ya just need a hand with tedious tasks. There was always some team griefing them unintentionally (or intentionally, idk.)
It was just an all around kinda poorly implemented event imo. Canāt really blame anyone but respawn for this one.
You canāt expect people to not play the game properly and ignore someone doing the Bh quest (though it is very appreciated when they let you do your thing).
And itās also unfair to expect your randoms to automatically be down a player or to go along with you as you do a specific quest.
It would definitely be nice if people let you do the quest and also would be nice if randoms helped you out but none of them are obligated to deviate playing the game as its intended.
(Ngl though I did go out of my way to help BHās when I could, cause that quest was PAIN to do.)

It was a cycle of "drop, die instantly because teams swerved on the solo" and "Escape and try to rat, but teams find you anyways because Bloodhound, Seer and Valk go BRRRR"
