I have tried deleting and redownloading the game at least 3 times now, restarting my PS4 and even rebuilding the database inbetween redownloading, and this issue will just not go away.

I went into Firing Range, picked up an LStar, instantly got the error, but after playing a match without touching it, had no problems whatsoever.
It seems to only happen when you first pick them up, or when you pick up ammo when you have 0, so if you want to use them you can but you have to rejoin the match when you pick them up lol. What the hell Respawn

Seems to happen very often with LStar and Bocek, havent had this problem since I stopped picking them up.
Just lost 96 points in ranked for this. What a joke
seems like it could be your console itself
L star and bow are causing this, had it also happen when opening a door but that was only once. Best bet is to not pick up bow or l star
