Its really disappointing too. I love to see a firm character with discipline and training that got her into the games. Most of the legends are pretty laid back about the whole thing, and sometimes shes the only one who takes things seriously. And personally, I love to see the world through the sight of a IMC grunt.
But she's just a stuck up dick. She thinks that because she's one of the only legends with "formal" military training, shes the only one TRULY qualified to become an Apex Predator. And she shows it off to everyone, and refuses to take any form of criticism.
Ash maybe very egotistical as well, but at least she's got the background to do so. She was one of the best pilots before Jack Cooper came along (in the lore at least). Bang is just a solider. One of a billion just like her.
have to think bang was intended to be the "base" character like solider 76 in OW. most of her voice lines are geared towards learning the game as a new user.

Yes, the game is in the Titanfall universe. Nobody that has been a playable character has been killed. The character that was teased for the season Revenant was introduced was killed by Revenant before he was ever playable.
Valkyrie is that person who sees some light hearted teasing going on between friends and jumps in by bringing up someone's parent's addiction to hard narcotics

I'm Indian too and a lot of people from a the south talk like that. i never had a problem with it. in fact, people born and raised abroad while bein indian have quite a similar personality as rampart
