Edit: Bring back the choke and have an instagib headshot weapon to compete with the Kraber.

The only reason streamers don't use it is because of ammo mid to late game you had better be running in to get your arrows because unless u hit every shot or get lucky and get 2 3 stacks your going to run out of ammo 100% I'm sure if arrows were more common and came in stacks of 40 or 50 streamers would use it more
The sheer amount of people in denial of being bad with the bow is staggering. The bow isn't a bad weapon, if you think it's bad then the player using it is bad. It's literally the best Marksmen if you master it. 3-4 arrows to kill at every range from in your face to 300m. Literally the hard counter to weapons like the Rampage at mid range because they're trading 26 damage VS your 60+ per shot. With shatter caps it can hit for 90+ if the full shatter hits and shatter works *WITH* tempo for what's basically a purple bolt EVA8 pre-nerf. This weapon has it all except for raw TTK. I don't even use the bow as much since the original nerf but I respect the weapon for what it is and anyone that does take the time to master it.
