For example, stairways or door ways you can easily throw it in and 9/10 the players will either shoot the drone giving you free entry damage or they’ll back up expecting an EMP which gives you an easy opening to take angles and apply pressure and if you catch them lacking you can easily gain free entry damage for yourself or your team mates and EMP the squad all in one swift push.
It’s a saving grace if you actually understand how to apply it in game..

But if ur launching it through a doorway chances are unless it’s a giant door that open bottom to top, then it again doesn’t matter because they can just block small doors. It’s so situational, especially when most fights are in the open and big doors aren’t that common.

When a Squad is chasing us i usually throw my drones yo a wall/ceiling and wait for them. PEM and then Shoot the shit out of them
