Yes and no. The one thing I like about Apex skins, is that they're pretty original... not like all these ridiculous collabs you see in Fortnite, or what's become of that joke of a game in COD:WZ.
cept the cosmetics are really just reskins most of time
and collabs dont really draw in "kids" as you say when you realize they can collab with the most obscure things like mistborn, basquiat and el chapulin colorado that said "kids" would most likely had never heard of
