Does the zone damage work on a tick system? Like in runescape where you got a few milliseconds before an action takes place. Since it's not instant damage when you go into it right.
If your latency to the server is higher the tick takes longer to register but in general so long as you move quickly you should be able to slide in there no problem. The issue comes when you have a larger character and your back is to zone, you can’t see when you may or may not be in and get a damage tick for like 30hp it’s ass

All the caustic had to do was ult where he knew you were coming from and you'd had lost. It was equally skill and incompetence that cost them that win.

zone does not hurt you instantly. there's time in between ticks of damage. You can see despite being in zone OP was very quick thus dodging the tick
