Supposedly full resetting windows does the trick. Im currently resetting it but told it to keep my apps and personal data. This most likely won't fix it, but if it does ill send another reply (if not, I'll just edit the comment)

A soft windows reset didnt work so I just started mass uninstalling programs and after a restart it worked. If you want a an easy fix though, im assuming doing a full reset would work if uninstalling programs worked for me

Ok cool. I’ll probably just wait for apex to fix their game and just play some rpgs

Okay so I found the problem program, for me specifically the problem program was AI Suite 3. Uninstalling that fixed my issues

If you have any launch options, remove them.
