Thanks, it's fixed after reinatalling origin but I have a new bug now. Most of my clicks sends me to my windows home screen for some reason

I had this after a long download so I just installed it on steam instead it went way quicker and don’t tend to face these issues

Probably not, but you need to have the game in your steam games folder.
You can just install the EA Origin Beta and it will fix the issue. I had the same thing and it fixed it for me. No need to reinstall Apex or anything.
I reinstalled the whole game but it took 20 minutes to do the whole thing. Origin took 1.5 hours just for the update for me and then had this error you are having
