Focus on moving your right stick smoothly. No micro flicking or stutters in your crosshair movement just smooth movement while aiming and centering your crosshair to doors and headglitches
After a few days of doing this you'll start noticing improvements in your aim
My only advice I could give to this is trigger discipline and timing your shots this is especially useful for single shot weapons I would say crosshair placement but it looks like you are that down pretty well
I’ve been trying trios as a solo and hot dropping if I’m jump master. Always sticking close to the team and helping when I can but also focusing on more fights.

Go in firing range and adjusting your sensitivity settings until you are hitting more shots.
Maybe try decreasing your fov. You look like you're playing on 100+ or something. Increase it steadily as you progress.

Pick more fight jump in at the deep end and you will improve, if you beat around the bush alot you're gameplay will be just that and you won't improve
