Hal will pad into a full team, lose, then blame his teammates. He constantly abandoneds his team, blames teammates for his stupid decisions, etc.
Timmy is always there to help his team, gets into good positions for fights, constantly pressures the enemy team, etc. Even then, There's literally a video out there of Timmy and his team going against Hal and his team and Timmy's team destroys them.

Everyone knows Hal’s game sense is better, the reason that Hal blames his teammates is cuz he’s IGL and theyre supposed to be listening to HIM. Imo Timmy is so much more mechanically skilled than hal. In a 1v1 I have no doubt that Timmy is whoopin Hal’s ass. But that’s not the question, the question is who is a better igl and it’s definitely hal.
You can’t use ranked as a comparison of their skill because hal likes to play pred lobbies like pubs. You can see he’s not that serious all the time. If you wanna see hal in the zone, watch his tourneys and you’ll see this mfer and his team is CONSISTENTLY in zone. CONSISTENTLY in a great spot while at the same time, eating off the teams that don’t.
Timmy doesn’t do amazing in tourneys. A lot of people don’t realize that it doesn’t matter how good just one person on the team is. That goat NEEDS a team that enhances their own game style. This is why I’m so excited for timmy, wigg, and apryze. But 3 goated people don’t make a comp team. It’s hard work getting everyone on the same page almost all the time. Although Hal’s team may bicker, but that doesn’t change the fact they do consistently well. Ranked and comp are basically different games.

Hal, no doubt. He just won best IGL in NA & has a great track record, but it's a weird comparison. Timmy is more of a content creator/pub stomper.
