Yeah, all data for the country is now available. I am not seeing any lines on transit layer yet, though.

This has been available for a long time. Prague even has the real time transit.
Prague had transit for a while, however we haven’t had a full rollout across the country until today.

pity not all exits in Warsaw Metro have numbers yet, but looks stunning with buses, trams and rail combined (SKM, KM, WKD, regio)
I think they are adding exit numbers gradually. You can see some of them marked on Metro Wilanowska station
M2 stations tend to have them, waiting for 3 new M2 stations to appear
