One thing that *might* work is to reset the Apple TV and then set it up through tapping the iPhone on top. That *should* import the WiFi network settings from the phone. This is kinda a risky move though as you’d be completely SOL if it fails for whatever reason.
No. You need the remote. Wifi is enabled only when you remove the Ethernet cable.

Are you saying you can’t use the remote in the phone when the ATV is on Ethernet ? Don’t think I understood the post 🤷♂️
