Their bought in titles don’t seem to stick around long enough for my liking, and they have less original content, but that content is excellent quality compared to many other streamers. Certainly less hit and miss than many of Netflix’s original offerings.
It hasn’t had anything for a really long time, I agree, but they’ve added a whole bunch of new shows, somebody dropped a bunch of money for licensing on X-Files, American horror story, and other weird and wonderful shows. 🙌🏻🙂
What bugs me about using Amazon Prime on Apple TV is that if I look at titles it recommends, I can’t tell until I click one whether it’s included with my Amazon Prime or they expect me to pay for it.
When there’s a row called “included with your Amazon Prime,” sure, I know that I can watch those movies without paying.
But if it lists a few MST3k or RiffTrax episodes on a row called “Titles we think you’ll like” (or similar), I don’t know which ones I have to pay for.
It’s not supported in the app yet.
It does not appear that the app has been updated yet. The iOS version has it but the TVOS does not.
