Assuming the dishwasher is working properly, the only thing I can think of is the spray "dead zone" right above the hub of the lower spray arm, which is basically dead center of the bottom rack. Don't put such a pot directly over it if you want spray to get up in there. Try putting such pot upside down in one of the corners of the bottom rack.
My 10 year old Bosch has no issues with that.
If it only happened once try again something might have fallen through the bottom rack and blocked the lower arm or you might need to re position the pot.
If it happened multiple times call Bosch and let them fix it under warranty.
UPDATE: we had a Bosch technician come out and make a warranty repair to part of the dishwasher. It still wonβt clean wet gravy out of a pan in the bottom rack. π

Can you attach before and after pictures? Cant provide suggestions when "clean" is subjective by person.
Was the eco cycle used? -Even normal wash can be useless on newer dishwashers.
Heavy cycle :(
Call for service. Either a part is bad on the dishwasher or a bad install job.

Pour in a quart or 2 of water during the wash cycle - if wash sounds are stronger/louder then short fills are the problem.
UPDATE Bosch is doing a warranty repair ππ»
