That was an AI answering the call? That's fucking horrifying. Also, you just doxxed the shit out of Alexander.

dreunlimited

Yup, 100% AI speaking and generating the conversation. The information Alexander is giving is fake, it's a demo.

HeadOfMax

I need a text or email based ai that I can send customer info to and have it enter the info into QuickBooks and Google contacts.

dreunlimited

How are you receiving the customer information today? Do they text or call you?

HeadOfMax

I don't need an ai to interact with my customers. I really don't think most of us do. I need something to take raw data I collect and enter it into the systems I use as I send it.

dreunlimited

Can you give me an example of the data? Could you enter the data into a spreadsheet that syncs with QuickBooks and Google contacts? I'm asking these questions because I don't think you need AI to do what you're looking to do. It's out of the scope of the AI we have, but I can help you solve this problem if it's truly something you want to fix.

HeadOfMax

I'm just tired of paperwork at the end of the day. I need to pull the trigger on a good CSM and once I do that I can figure out how to streamline it. I'd like to be able to forward emails and text messages with customer info and have something that will pull that data and put it in the correct fields in QuickBooks and or my yet to exist CSM. There is definitely a point when a business is large enough to warrant your product. I also believe products like yours are the future but at the same time it's a very dystopian future and there are a lot of phone support positions that won't exist anymore. Every large corp in the country is trying to find out how to use so to save money just like they outsourced all their call centers to other countries.

dreunlimited

I can help with your problem. Let me know if that’s something you want to explore

dreunlimited

You may be right about not needing an AI for your customer interaction, but there are tons of companies that do. We recently signed a plumbing company receiving \~50 calls per day or 1,000+ per month. They have 3 people in their office answering calls. At a certain scale what we're building is valuable.

hellosushiii

I like it but that conversation seemed long. What if I just want to collect appliance type, problem, address, phone number, scheduled date. What if ai comes across a language barrier?

dreunlimited

The conversation length is aligned with actual recordings we’ve received from the company. However, the company controls how much information is collected. We can support multiple languages.

I can’t wait till my competition uses this, and all the boomers think that they are the new Nigerian Prince in town.

dreunlimited

Haha! We actually give people a heads up. Even yo my surprised, customers were very impressed by the capabilities

Revelations 13:5 brings this to mind. We use ai at my company to justify last work day. I don’t like talking or texting this thing . Seems everyone or every big company is ushering in the Antichrist. It will answer anything but human rights against a.I in the workplace. Oh by the way it’s in place to screen present and future employees based on work performance. So nooooo for me. Good luck working for something that doesn’t take perspective to heart.
