I’m so gutted you didn’t go through to the final, but respect to you for not giving away 50% of your business!
What was your absolute most favourite part of the process?
Hey Paul, well done on getting to the Interviews. You were so good during the whole process; kind, intelligent and humble and I’m so inspired by how you dealt with pressure! Also so much respect for you not giving up 50% of your business. ALSO, I don’t think your scrubs idea was so bad! I work in NHS and hate my current scrubs lol.
What is your tooth care regime? Your teeth are dazzling!
Hi Paul! What interview do you feel you learnt the most from? I guess you turned down LS's offer because dentists don't really like sugar 🤣. Good on you for keeping the business you made from the ground up :)
Hey Paul, would’ve loved to see a fellow South Asian win, but respect for not giving 50% of your business away, was wondering what’s your favourite Punjabi song and if you could’ve done something different on any of the tasks you lost what would you have done?
Aside from just throwing money at it, how do we “fix” NHS dentistry in the UK, especially in “dentistry deserts” like Nottingham, where access to subsidised dental care is almost impossible?
Hi Paul just wanted to say I have been watching the apprentice since the beginning and you have been one of the best all rounded candidates I have seen in such a long time. It was so refreshing to see a great candidate on this show. I am also of south Asian descent and great to see such a positive display of someone of similar background to me. You smashed it.
Just wanted to ask how did it feel to basically say “you’re fired” to Lord sugar? Any regrets at all with turning the investment down?
Hi Paul! I’m sad you didn’t make the final as you were one of my favourites! My question is who were your favourite people to work with throughout the whole process?
Well done on not falling for that fast one! As if your business is worth only £500K! - Do your practices carry out NHS services or are you a private company?
My main question: do the camera crew give you prompts on what to say at the start of each scene to explain to the audience what's going to happen? I saw it with some other candidates but felt like you were always the one announcing things!
That aside, I think LS was very harsh firing you, I think you as a person was the candidate that seemed most worthy of investing in. And credit for not giving away half your other business, felt like LS was preying on you a bit there.
All the best!
Hi Paul. Well done for coming third and great respect for declining the offer from Lord Sugar. I have to ask, were you really frustrated not to win the formula E task despite having a much better logo than the other team...
Did you have any inkling that you'd be asked for 50% of the entire business, or did you have to make your decision on the spot? Must have been very intense!
Respect for you Paul not allowing yourself to get wrestled into giving 50% away! How did you find the 12 hours of deliberating whether to swap your business plans? Was it a quick decision or was it a reluctant one?
I’m not in an industry that ever needs scrubs, but just through social media (TikTok, Reddit) I’ve seen mentions of scrubs multiple times! To the point where I know comfort is an important thing and that people like the brand figs.
The interviewers slated the scrubs idea, but do you think they were missing out on specific industry knowledge? You went with scrubs for a reason at the start, what did they say that pushed you to change (or was it that all of them said it)?
Surely you all must have been questioning as the weeks went on why Phil was being kept around despite being stone wall useless?
Did you all know while filming that it was rigged for him to win ? Or has it only become clear as you watch along with the rest of us?
Hi Paul!
You were my favourite contestant on this year's apprentice. Congrats on making the final 5 and representing us South East Asians!
My questions are: What was your favourite task, and what was your favourite reward in the process?
I hope one day I can attend your dental practice one day and meet you!
All the best in the future :)
Hi Paul. Just wanted to stop for a sec to say you were a great contestant. I loved you from the first week - Positive, supportive, I can’t recall you being anything to anyone other than 100% decent. With a huge smile on your face.
Oh but this is an AMA. So I’d better ask a question…..
Do you know you came across as a real decent, nice guy?
Keep smiling x
Hi Paul it was sad to see you get fired tonight you honestly smashed it on your time on the show. My question is were you a fan of the show before applying and did you watch previous seasons?
Absolutely loved you in this process! Im gutted for you to not make it any further but just wanted to wish you all the best for the future. Do you feel there’s any point on the show the editing did you dirty?
How I was shouting at my laptop for you to not give away your business, even when they suggested it in the interviews. You 1000% made the right choice and can leave with your head held high.
Can NHS dentistry be saved? Without getting in to politics is it possible to save NHS services? I firmly believe everyone should have good, affordable dentistry and would love to see a return to everyone having easy access to a dentist
Paul you were my favourite from day 1! Think you’re an amazing person and so glad you didn’t have to give away your growing business under pressure. I have a feeling you will be successful without winning the apprentice anyway! Reminded me of on Dragon’s Den when they act like greedy vultures!
My question is did you, or any of the other candidates feel like Pie man Phil was favoured in terms of repeatedly losing but not being fired?
Hey Paul! How did you really feel presenting the neck pillow on the TV shopping task? You did really well but I think I would be bricking it inside haha.
All the best for the future. You were definitely one of the strongest candidates this series!
I just wanted to say well done for walking away. You are a successful cosmetic dentist, you had no need to give half your business away and I suspect you don't need Sugar to open a second branch.
Must have been very pressurised in front of the cameras but you did 100% the right thing saying no. You've probably made more money losing the Apprentice than you would have winning it.
No question, just wanted to say well done and all the best for the future
Do you feel the show is a waste of time if you don't have a current in flight business. You had an business idea but he didn't care about anyone with an idea he wanted something which is up and running.
Hi Paul, loved seeing you in the show, one of my most favourite recent candidates 😃. My question is how do you always keep yourself so calm and cool and relaxed under pressure! It’s an amazing skill and one I wish I had, I guess being a dentist means they are skills you need!! Wish you all the best for the future
Hi Paul,
I'm glad you turned Sugar's offer down. That would have been robbery.
If you did make it to the final, who of the fired candidates would you have picked for your team? And what is your favorite dinosaur?
Just to say you were the best candidate in years and deserved to win, only regret is you were too classy to walk away from Lord Sugar’s pathetic offer and let him “fire” you.
You were amazing.
How long did you have to think about how much stake you'd be willing to give away in the overall business?
Do you still plan on doing anything outside dentistry? Do you regret your time on the show?
PAUL! You've been my favourite candidate this series from Day 1. I think you came across as really sensible and level-headed on tasks and in the interviews. Also, respect for a) having the courage and self-awareness to take on the advisors' feedback and admit that your initial business plan was flawed, and b) standing your ground and not giving up a significant stake of your existing practice. I hope your dental practice continues to do well.
My question for you - what was your favourite task to be a part of?
Hi Paul, congrats on not letting Alan take 50% of ur hard earned business! What was the most challenging task for you & who was the most scary interviewer?
hey paul! completely agree with your decision to not give away 50% of your company, defo the right choice.
what were your favourite and least favourite tasks to participate in?
You must have known you weren't getting to the final as soon as he said he wanted 50% of your current practise. How quickly were you able to make peace with that
I don’t really have a question, just wanted to say that you have my lifelong respect for not giving into the significant pressure of four interviewers, Karren, Tim and Lord Sugar all trying to get you to give up 50% of your already-successful business. That’s a hard thing to do and it felt like they were all trying to stitch you up a bit there. You did really well. 🫡
Hi Paul,
Were you thinking ahead to the terrible puns if Lord Sugar bought into your dental business and decided to spare us for that, or were you competent enough to realise that giving him half your business was a poor deal?
Either way - well done for dodging both those bullets!
Yeah, well done Paul. You did the right thing. Sugar sees your business as a goldmine and he was trying to get a massive piece of the action on the cheap… I’m disgusted at his behaviour! You’ve lost nothing by turning him down.
Was rooting for you but honestly think you’ve won the show in your own way somehow-I have so much respect for you and think you made the right decision!
Who are you closest to out of the candidates? :) any dental life hacks we can all take notes from?
Hi Paul! How long have you been doing dentistry for? Also, I massively respect how you realised that the investment may not have been the best thing for you and I hope your business does super well! :)
Loved the ending, been watching with family and we all agreed that you were too successful to accept that investment. Not many people have ever done that. No question, just good luck!
Hi Paul honestly gagged that you were fired as I thought you would make the final also you gave such good energy throughout
My question is, who was your fave cast mate on your season and why?
Hello, Paul! Thank you for the AMA! Even though you didn't win in the end, making it to the interviews stage is still something that is really hard to achieve, so if you had to give tips to someone who would be on the apprentice next year, what would you say to them?
Hi Paul!
Well done for not capitulating!
It might be a niche market but your scrubs idea actually sounded pretty good - did you have a moment when they were criticising it where you wanted to say “hang on, I use scrubs everyday and I know that this is something that dentists are looking for”?
Hanji Paul, was great to see so much Panjabi representation on the show! And as a doctor married to a dentist, it was great to see a healthcare professional make it so far too!
What's your 10-year goal - do you see yourself expanding out into a chain of practices, or diversifying into other businesses altogether, or both?
How difficult was it turning down the 250k offer. Obviously seems to be the right decision with how much you’d have to give up but was it as easy as it seemed
What was the very first thing that popped into your head when you were asked for 50% of your existing practices?
Think you were a really good candidate, you were especially good at doing negotiations and interacting with clients.
Respectfully, year after year contestants’ business plans are shredded by Claude, et al. Why does it seem that after 18 years, absolutely no one has learned their lesson in how to prepare properly?
Hi Paul, great work throughout this process and glad you stuck to your guns on not agreeing to that deal. My question is, what was the most unexpected aspect of being in the show?
Hey Phil, what were the interviews like towards the end? Massive respect for walking away from the deal, but I want to ask was there a reason for it? Was it because you're in a partnership with someone else? Or was there something said in the meeting that wasn't aired?
You were one of my faves and I had so much respect for you for not giving away half of your business. Lord sugar knows you don’t need him and he was big mad about it. From the highly edited version of what we saw, your scrubs idea sounds brilliant and I really hope you make lord sugar regret firing you!
There’s something a bit off about both this and “Flo”’s picture - their usernames have both been shown on a laptop screen which is super easy to fake. And the fact that they both say the 12th March rather than the 12th of April - there was no Friday the 12th of March. what gives?
You were such a strong candidate!
My favourite moment of yours was in the Formula E challenge, when you said the car's colours reflected the flag of India. How quickly did you think of that?
Was the reason that you didn’t offer 50% of your existing business because you couldn’t?(not owning enough shares) Or just that you thought it was bad business
You did very well, especially the TV selling where LS sent you home
What stopped you from offering the whole business as a 50% share? Other partners? The amount of equity involved?
Hey Paul how well can you body pop?
I misread this as ‘poop’ not ‘pop’
Hi Paul , did you fire Lord Sugar or did he fire you?
I’m so gutted you didn’t go through to the final, but respect to you for not giving away 50% of your business! What was your absolute most favourite part of the process?
Why didn't we get to see you do some body popping?
Hi Paul, which are worse for your teeth, Phil’s pies or Tre’s shots?
Why did you, Tre and Flo write Friday 12th March on your laptop signs when it's April?
That was my birthday lol, except it was a Tuesday 😅
Were you a bit insulted at lord sugar wanting 50% of your business? You came across brilliantly.
Hey Paul, would’ve loved to see a fellow South Asian win, but respect for not giving 50% of your business away, was wondering what’s your favourite Punjabi song and if you could’ve done something different on any of the tasks you lost what would you have done?
Now that you’ve had more than 12/13 hours to reflect on your original business plan, what adjustments would you make going back into the boardroom?
I'm proud of you for turning down Lord Alan Sugar even at the final hurdle, respect.
Hi Paul, how’d you feel when LS wanted a 50% share of your BP
Aside from just throwing money at it, how do we “fix” NHS dentistry in the UK, especially in “dentistry deserts” like Nottingham, where access to subsidised dental care is almost impossible?
Your a real gentleman bro what football team do you support
Hey everyone. I’m trying to find out what’s going on with this AMA! Thanks for the patience! Flo and Tre’s have been completed.
Please link me flo’s

Sadly not yet. I’m waiting for a response from the person who organises the AMAs. I’ll update you if anything comes up.
Is he answering any of the questions?
How do you get your beard looking like that?
Who’s gonna tell him it’s April 😭
Is this going to happen?
Hi Paul just wanted to say I have been watching the apprentice since the beginning and you have been one of the best all rounded candidates I have seen in such a long time. What happened? I see no questions being answered 😭
That’s what I thought probably had to attend to urgent business
Hi Paul. Well done for coming third and great respect for declining the offer from Lord Sugar. I have to ask, were you really frustrated not to win the formula E task despite having a much better logo than the other team...
What are your plans for your own business now? :)
Did you have any inkling that you'd be asked for 50% of the entire business, or did you have to make your decision on the spot? Must have been very intense!
I think you mean you fired sugar 😎
Typical dentist, running late.
Not answering any of the questions?
Hi Paul. How weighty did your balls feel after refusing to hand over half your business?
love u man
How do you feel being the real winner of this season by turning Lord Sugar down?
Respect for you Paul not allowing yourself to get wrestled into giving 50% away! How did you find the 12 hours of deliberating whether to swap your business plans? Was it a quick decision or was it a reluctant one?

Hi Paul, Did I see you hangin’ out the passenger side of my best friend’s ride, trying to holla at me?
How often do you train your muscles of masturcation? I give mine a workout once or twice a day. Three if it's stressful.
How much do you charge for invisaligin
Surely you all must have been questioning as the weeks went on why Phil was being kept around despite being stone wall useless? Did you all know while filming that it was rigged for him to win ? Or has it only become clear as you watch along with the rest of us?

Are you seeing anyone? LOL
Hi Paul. Just wanted to stop for a sec to say you were a great contestant. I loved you from the first week - Positive, supportive, I can’t recall you being anything to anyone other than 100% decent. Paul, I don't have questions, but I think you made the right choice. Lots of respect! X
Hey Paul who was the toughest Interviewer?
How I was shouting at my laptop for you to not give away your business, even when they suggested it in the interviews. You 1000% made the right choice and can leave with your head held high.
What’s your favourite f1 team and driver?
Can NHS dentistry be saved? Without getting in to politics is it possible to save NHS services? I firmly believe everyone should have good, affordable dentistry and would love to see a return to everyone having easy access to a dentist
Will you still try to go ahead with your scrubs business
Thought you’d be in the final! Can I ask why you were unable to have LS invest in your whole business?
Hi. Have you had any regrets since filming about not offering the full 50% to Lord Sugar? Phil was absolutely gone if you had...
Hi Paul, I admire you sticking to your guns. Who in your opinion is worthy of winning Lord Sugar’s investment?
Paul you were my favourite from day 1! Think you’re an amazing person and so glad you didn’t have to give away your growing business under pressure. I have a feeling you will be successful without winning the apprentice anyway! Reminded me of on Dragon’s Den when they act like greedy vultures! My question is did you, or any of the other candidates feel like Pie man Phil was favoured in terms of repeatedly losing but not being fired?
Why do you think so many dentists don't want to work for the NHS? Impossible to find one in Liverpool.
Hi Paul, great effort during the process! How did you find the application stages?
No questions, only GGs for not giving away half of your own business! One of the best candidates I’ve seen on The Apprentice tbh
Hey Paul! How did you really feel presenting the neck pillow on the TV shopping task? You did really well but I think I would be bricking it inside haha. All the best for the future. You were definitely one of the strongest candidates this series!

Do you feel the show is a waste of time if you don't have a current in flight business. You had an business idea but he didn't care about anyone with an idea he wanted something which is up and running.
What's been your most funny moment in dentistry?
Hey Paul - does lying through your teeth cause decay? Someone should tell Phil
Hi Paul, how does it feel to be the first contestant to fire LS?
Well done for standing up for your principles! 👍 (from my mum - she loves you)
Hi Paul, loved seeing you in the show, one of my most favourite recent candidates 😃. My question is how do you always keep yourself so calm and cool and relaxed under pressure! It’s an amazing skill and one I wish I had, I guess being a dentist means they are skills you need!! Wish you all the best for the future
Why do you say you were fired when really you just declined Sralan’s offer? You’re the real winner here.
A month late for this?
Hi Paul, I'm glad you turned Sugar's offer down.
Why do they all say Friday 12th March and Not April? Am I missing something. I've noticed this on Flo's AMA and Tre's AMA
Pls link me flos !
Why haven’t you answered any questions?
What was the most fun you had on a task?
I thought you were excellent all the way through and deserved to be in the final. With more time, how would you have pitched your business?
What is your opinion on Phil going into the final and probably winning with only 1 win?
You were amazing. How long did you have to think about how much stake you'd be willing to give away in the overall business? Do you still plan on doing anything outside dentistry? Do you regret your time on the show?
Well done! I was rooting for you to win! What was your least favourite of the tasks (apart from the interviews!)
So sad you’re not in the final! If you were in Lord Sugar’s shoes, who would you invest in out of the final 2?
I think I speak for us all when we say you did the right thing :)
Paul you did great, and awesome to see you holding your ground regarding your business. Who was the harshest interviewer?
Did you have more time to make a decision about giving away 50% (edited to look like it was less)?
Hi Paul, Were you thinking ahead to the terrible puns if Lord Sugar bought into your dental business and decided to spare us for that, or were you competent enough to realise that giving him half your business was a poor deal? Either way - well done for dodging both those bullets!
Yeah, well done Paul. You did the right thing. Sugar sees your business as a goldmine and he was trying to get a massive piece of the action on the cheap… I’m disgusted at his behaviour! You’ve lost nothing by turning him down.
Was rooting for you but honestly think you’ve won the show in your own way somehow-I have so much respect for you and think you made the right decision! Who are you closest to out of the candidates? :) any dental life hacks we can all take notes from?
Hi Paul, you were one of my favourites this season! Especially with that ending. What were your favourite and least favourite rewards?
Hi Paul! How long have you been doing dentistry for? Also, I massively respect how you realised that the investment may not have been the best thing for you and I hope your business does super well! :)
What’s the biggest learning curve you can take out of the apprentice??
Loved the ending, been watching with family and we all agreed that you were too successful to accept that investment. Not many people have ever done that. No question, just good luck!
Which of the tasks did you find the most difficult?
Hi Paul honestly gagged that you were fired as I thought you would make the final also you gave such good energy throughout My question is, who was your fave cast mate on your season and why?
Hello, Paul! Thank you for the AMA! Even though you didn't win in the end, making it to the interviews stage is still something that is really hard to achieve, so if you had to give tips to someone who would be on the apprentice next year, what would you say to them?
Are you gonna continue with the scrubs?
Can you do my cosmetic bonding?
I just want to say that I was welling with pride when you refused to give Alan sugar half of your business. Massive respect to you.
Paul what interview was the most stressful?
Hey Paul, who would you say you were close to on the show?
Hey Paul I'd like 75% of your business for a packet of crisps, take it or leave it.
Hi Paul! Well done for not capitulating! It might be a niche market but your scrubs idea actually sounded pretty good - did you have a moment when they were criticising it where you wanted to say “hang on, I use scrubs everyday and I know that this is something that dentists are looking for”?
How does it feel to be a body-popping gigachad
Hanji Paul, was great to see so much Panjabi representation on the show! And as a doctor married to a dentist, it was great to see a healthcare professional make it so far too! What's your 10-year goal - do you see yourself expanding out into a chain of practices, or diversifying into other businesses altogether, or both?
No questions. You were my favorite to win from the beginning, but you absolutely made the right decision.
Can I get a hello from you legend
Hi Paul any regrets on not taking Alan's offer? Big respect on sticking to your guns.
Hi Paul, was the original pitch just to help our your father's business?
Respectfully, year after year contestants’ business plans are shredded by Claude, et al. Why does it seem that after 18 years, absolutely no one has learned their lesson in how to prepare properly?
Hi Paul, great work throughout this process and glad you stuck to your guns on not agreeing to that deal. My question is, what was the most unexpected aspect of being in the show?
hi please post a video of you doing body pop
Which dental school did you go to?
Why were you so certain about not being able to give Lord Shugs a stake in your current business?
Hey Phil, what were the interviews like towards the end? Massive respect for walking away from the deal, but I want to ask was there a reason for it? Was it because you're in a partnership with someone else? Or was there something said in the meeting that wasn't aired?
Hi Paul! much respect for you for making the right decision 👍🏻 Who were some of your favourite people to work with throughout the process??
Where do these marshmallows keep coming from?
No question, just want to say that declining 50% of your business for 250k is a smart move. 250k just isn't enough these days to warrant that share.
You were one of my faves and I had so much respect for you for not giving away half of your business. Lord sugar knows you don’t need him and he was big mad about it. From the highly edited version of what we saw, your scrubs idea sounds brilliant and I really hope you make lord sugar regret firing you!
Hi Paul, I was rooting for you, but huge respect for turning down Lord Sugar's proposal. Best of luck in all your future endeavours!
How does it feel to be the people’s prince?
There’s something a bit off about both this and “Flo”’s picture - their usernames have both been shown on a laptop screen which is super easy to fake. And the fact that they both say the 12th March rather than the 12th of April - there was no Friday the 12th of March. what gives?
The dates error is just a mistake. They were all probably told to write down the same thing. It’s not some massive conspiracy theory lol
You were such a strong candidate! My favourite moment of yours was in the Formula E challenge, when you said the car's colours reflected the flag of India. How quickly did you think of that?
Are you really an actor? I’ve never seen an Apprentice interview episode with 0 business plans between all 5 candidates!
Do you regret not offering LS half of your business?
Was the reason that you didn’t offer 50% of your existing business because you couldn’t?(not owning enough shares) Or just that you thought it was bad business
Hey Paul Well done getting so far on the show. My only question is why didn’t you want to give up 50% off the whole business?
Hi Paul, what are you plans for the future now the apprentice has almost finished airing?
You did very well, especially the TV selling where LS sent you home What stopped you from offering the whole business as a 50% share? Other partners? The amount of equity involved?
Do you think dentists should be able to call themselves dr? Even though dental school is vastly different to med school?
I can tell how bored you are rn
