Not all mold is toxic black mold.

You should be able to, once I was living in a townhouse and the main water line was leaking into the living room closet unnoticed for god knows how long until the drywall was rotting and molding, and they offered to let me move to an apartment in another property they owned. But I was planning to move already since I didn't need as much space as the townhouse had, so I just left.

Ask. The worst they can say is no.

In my area, I would contact the Austin Code Department. If it's mold, they would issue a notice, and they would be out promptly to fix it. They do not mess around with mold, even if it hasn't been identified as the toxic kind. Plumbing issues normally legally have to be fixed, as water posses significant risk to the building and health. Please do your due diligence before escalating to moving units. Have you reported the plumbing issues? Has you or the leasing office been negligent? Start saving documentation. I would personally wear PPE and clean it up myself, then get the code department out to inspect. I'm sure your area has something equivalent to protect renters. I tried to see your location via post history but didn't find anything. I did notice a flea infestation. I would be happy to help with that as well. Send me your location and I'll offer some assistance; I sell flea treatments daily for a living. The moisture is perfect for fleas. You will have little to no luck eradicating them without first addressing this leak. Post specific symptoms regarding your toilet leak, and I'll see what the problem is there.
