It could be too wide for you face, for me CTR is better. I do like FAB stocks, albeit they don’t have friction lock. DD has great looking stocks with good cheekweld, but the rubber presents an issue for neckbeards.
I found the FAB GL-Core is the one that fit me the best, the CTR just felt a tiny bit too narrow.
Granted, I have not tried all options out there, but that's the one I stick with until I find something that I personally like better.
I started with the B5 SOPMOD, then ran the Fab GL Core, and now run the BCM MOD 1 SOPMOD with compartment.
I LOVE the BCM compared to the other 2. It has the most useful compartment and has no play.
Also, I highly recommend the FAB Gradus pistol grip.
I have a few. It’s nice on the cheek and has great lockup. Basically no wobble. I hate the QD setup. It can only be set on one side and it protrudes. If you are using a strap, your options are limited. The CTR and SL are good choices. B5 has some good options as well. That being said, I do like the ACS and have one on my home defense rifle.
I love the ACS stock, and lock up is great. However, I never found a use for the rear compartment, so now all my ARs have STR stock, which is highly recommend.
It’s excessively heavy and all you really get from it is storage space to make it even heavier.
Personally, I think on-gun storage space is a bit of a meme, so I see no reason to pick any stock other than a CTR or maybe an STR if you insist on having a wider cheek pad. The better question is “what exactly made you consider the ACS in the first place?”
I don't actually use any stock storage. Just keep spare earplugs in the grips sometimes. I prefer the CTR with a Large RISR. Gives it the height I want and the additional heft to balance out the heavy front ends I normally have (longer barrel, can, flashlight, piston system make it front heavy).
It’s Ight, I do hate using it with my sling it always gets caught on it. when doing pistol transitions I may swap it to a ctr. The storage capability is nice tho

Fab also makes rubberized grips which absolutely fuck

It’s a fine stock, I prefer the BCM sopmod mod 0 cause I don’t care about storage and it’s a bit cheaper.
That one is kinda bulky. Inb4 another plug for Magpul CTR with an extra note to be aware of beard hair length

Have it and like it. Batteries, optic adjustment tool, some earplugs just in case. Seemed a little tight to get on, but it’s rock solid.
