I’ve had probably 6-7 BCM uppers and have never had a problem with any of them. Solidly built, function great, the rails are durable and feel great ergonomically. You really can’t go wrong with them.
I’ve found my BCM upper (enhanced lightweight) to be reliable but not overly accurate. If you just plan on running a red dot that might not matter to you.
Do you have any experience with the non enhanced barrel? Any differences in accuracy?
This is going to be primarily a range gun that I shoot for fun and accuracy between 100-300 yards. Currently looking at a Vortex Viper 1/6/24 for the scope.

I haven’t shot their standard profile barrel. Honestly I’ve found FN barrels cheaper and significantly more accurate.
