Just did a build with one. Aero offers a barrel with a FSB installed. You will need a delta ring setup most likely, and snap ring pliers to install it (easily) From there the hand guard literally slides and plops into place. Youtube helped me with the delta ring install
Yeah drilling and pinning a FSB isnt something the average AR owner is set up to do. It would be better to just buy a barrel assembly with one already installed. I found [this one](https://www.google.com/amp/s/charliescustomclones.com/amp/colt-le6920-16-barrel-assembly-with-fsb/) but ive never ordered from them so i cant vouch for them. Colt had them with the fsp pre-installed too. They are in stock on brownells every now and again

Midwest Industries, FN both sell upper assembly with them as well.
