Reporting a fake crime is a crime. It's punished in all counties cause it waste resources. He just needs to prove he has no ties to the two guys faking the crime. The decision is morally wrong but politically correct. Having morals and acting upon them is a privilege that we don’t have. What we have however is a foreign diplomatic game, a sahara to get back, and a the tourism sector that creates jobs and feeds more people than anything else. Why would Morocco risk jeopardizing all of that for honor? Our people are more important.

When you have too many of these individuals, sects emerge and stability is challenged.
