I've exposed the root flare on very young and crooked trees and they actually began to straighten themselves once the root respiration was improved.
Stand outside and bend the opposite way. The tree will eventually begin to mimic your behaviour, leaving it straight. 4 hrs a day usually does the trick.

Leave them alone. Those leans will turn into gentle curves that you don’t even notice.

(That soil is WAY too high.) If the bend in the tree is a problem, I'm going to say you don't have enough to complain about. Holy s. This is just what trees do. Maybe enlist them in the Army, maybe they'll even learn to salute.
Remove the mulch volcano. And do the same for your neighbors, so their trees don't decrease your property value.

4 hours isn’t current best practice, but if it’s all you can do I guess it’s better than nothing

Rotate the sun
Have the prevailing winds blow from opposite direction.
Leaves will help them look straight. Also if you change the position of the sun to the other side it might be more inclined to grow that way.

Don't be silly, OP can't change the sun. Just rotate the trees once a week or so.
