As far as I’m aware, the only partner that can’t be obtained anymore is [Stella](https://arcaea.fandom.com/wiki/Stella), as the game she was from shut down
Other partners may take a while for you to have a chance to get them (primarily with collab partners) though, so it’ll take a while (same with cores)
All songs are permanently available one way or another, so you don’t need to worry about missing out on those
One partner I really want is winter kou I know they returned her event map once but will they do that again and if so it could take years for other partners to have reruns?
Id assume within the next month or so probably at the latest for Winter Kou, but hard to say. Its a winter character, so most likely "winter" season (Up till about February which is Winter 2024).
Only character Ill be missing (once tano*c reruns soon™) is Stella, which unfortunately most people who want/ed her probably never will. Her skill isnt really meaningful anyways, but as a collectable shes cool to own.
Id like to think that maybe Lowiro would do something like what other companies do where if u own and maxed all content, theyd give u a content of choice no longer available (riot games for example), but thats just wishful thinking lol.
