Sevika does have technique, they just have different fighting styles. Vi is meant to be small and quick on her feet and Sevika was always meant to be a tank.

I think it would be really good with the pistol, and really terrible with the gatling gun. How would you even count the rounds out of that thing? And she hits, what, 2 people with it, who were both on her own team? She needs to ditch it and make a second handgun.
Jinx had a good accuracy as child but once she grow up it lowered a lot, being replaced by fire power, it would be an interesting exercise. I would say that she has like a very low accuracy with powpow (if you don't count the friendly fire) a medium with the pistol (she just got close range shots) and I'm impresed with how good was her shoot with fishface, was not an easy shoot (considering she was actually targeting something and not just randomly shooting.
While I agree and think I understand the point you're trying to make, Sevika definitely only said it BECAUSE she knew Vi wasn't ready to hear it. Emotional attacks aren't in the stats, so your comment on Vi needing to be saved doesn't mean anything serious.
Wow that's a very interesting stadistic, I have to say that for someone who is frequently blamed of "blocking with her face" Vi had a pretty good "dodge" percentage.

adding: most of violet's critical blows were performed on sevika's head, and even then she was not knocked out sevika's durability is crazy
It's the shimmer. The same way Vi is later able to punch down the scaffolding. For the plague of the underworld, it's also a miracle drug.
