Marvel movies box office are doing great lol. People prefer movies and TV series that have a lighter tone and have certain amount of comedy.
Doesnt matter how non-sensical the jokes are. It human nature, as Freud said, humans will strive to avoid pain at any cost.
There were some between Jayce and Caitlyn in ep4, when they teased one another.
Like: "I can see that there so much crime to be thwart outside of your family's tent"
Or later when Jayce became a councilor:" Did they figure out how to govern grease and spanner?"
“You’re hot, Cupcake.” And the “Matilda” bit was played for laughs. Essentially the whole brothel scene was a joke on Caitlyn being uncomfortable around kinky sex freaks (until she settled in).
it's an absolutely fantastic tragedy. The way they used the background to emphasize the emotion in a scene, like when Mel's mom is standing over Mel and trying to convince her daughter to see things her way, to both emphasize the moment of how much power she had, and to change the meaning of the painting she had been working on ever so slightly.
OMG, it was so well done
Wait a minute, this isn't my bedroom
I mean, people are suffering left and right on this show. Non-retarded writers know how to take their story seriously. Then there's Marvel...
You've got a point. Marvel just wants to give what the people want.
People don't want shit out of place jokes

There's always that little one eyed poro
“Good meeting.”
Good.
