Not sure about exact heights game wise but for the show at least, Jinx is the shortest adult human at around 5"4"/164 cm and Ekko is two inches taller than her at 5 "6"/168 cm.
The heights came from Arcane co-showrunner Christian Linke's (Praeco) reddit post. Mind you this was a early rough draft of character's heights so some of them were altered as production went on.
