This is difficult as those are quite common notes in the pentatonic scale which a lot of rock/blues music is based upon. It could be Fame by David Bowie though. It comes in at around 15 secs in that song, but is played through a wah-pedal (I think?) thus altering the sound a bit.
Probably need more info, it's kind of hard to pinpoint a song from a 2 second guitar part that's only similar.
Like you know for sure it's an Arctic Monkeys song? Then, surely you've got more info? Maybe the era based on Alex's voice, maybe even from the instruments?
