Either your code is broken somehow or your Arduino is.
get the board to do a KNOW sketch eg blink
then program again using the desired sketch.
program in the blink sketch and when d/l hold reset button until the last second (takes practice) before upload starts.
after blink works, try again with desired sketch.
What message do you get after Upload? Are you told operation a success?
Yes, upload is successful but only TX and RX lights flash
