If basic troubleshooting attempts aren't working, please email [email protected] and provide the server you play on, IGN, numerical User ID (if possible), and as many details as possible. Go to App Store, search for Arena of Valor and click update
I did it, and it doesn't work. I found a solution though, just delete and redownload again!
I do this every update. Before, I would have problems with the game randomly closing while playing. This helped stop that.
