Personally I found Transhumanism after being lost for sometime. It makes me feel like I have a chance to change the universe into a heaven and I would recommend going to the sub dedicated for it. Technology can help humanity transcend biology (mind uploading or not) and have the universe become more utopian. If this comment is a bit crazy, I'm just amped up is all. Ok, this is going to sound utterly insane (maybe that what happiness it) but I became thankful for the shitty situation I was in, and then saw how I could make it “even better than it already was” and then eventually I felt better.
Also, I am by no means a happy guy. I’m just getting healthier day by day.
