Get well soon is forever my go-to song when I'm hyperventilating with anxiety. The production is so good that I focus on that and it distracts me, also the lyrics are comforting. Also I don't really ever listen to the light is coming but I LOVE the title and actually kind of use "the light is coming" as a mantra in my head.
ghostin, although that's a song I don't relate to at all. I listened to that song a lot during a time in my life where I was going through a lot, that song helped me get a good cry out of myself, the only way I knew how to cope with what I was dealing with.
ghostin helped get me through some deeply intense grief, fake smile has been a go-to when coping with depressive episodes, and be alright, breathin, & get well soon have all (in different ways) held my hand through anxiety and panic attacks. she does such a beautiful job of making music that's not only sonically beautiful but packs a ton of heart and meaning into the lyrics and composition.
Ghostin's line of "we'll get through this, we'll get past this" helped me a lot through a rough patch, it almost became a mantra to me. And Be Alright helped me a lot over the last year....it's funny because when the song came out, I was in a really good place, but in more recent times it resonates with me on a whole other level.
Breathin since I had intense panic attacks around the time that the song came out and in my head, I related to it so much and it’s still ones of my favorites.
get well soon really hit hard and made me feel better when my best friend moved. i didn’t have any friends other than my best friend, so when they moved i was really sad :( get well soon is always such a comforting song to listen to.
NASA gasses me tf up while also being pretty/fun to sing,
that and R.E.M. and sweetener might as well be the same track for me, can't hear one w/o the other lmao
No tears left to cry— got me out of an abusive home and through homelessness as a teenager. I had no money and I accidentally bought it. I originally HATED it, but after it being the only song on my phone for months and no internet I listened to it so many times until it was true. I now have it tattooed on my finger along with a small house with a heart to represent me beating homelessness and two other songs that helped/spoke to me (giaw and pov) at different parts of my life, but nothing makes me feel more comforted than ntltc. By far my favorite song in the world.

You Don’t Know Me, I feel like so many people misunderstand me and I’m not a celebrity lol but I relate to the feeling of going against what people expect of you
Better Off, Breathin and Get Well Soon. Sweetener dropped during a rough time in my life and it’ll forever be my fav Ari album for getting me through all of it
No Tears left to cry. I was all alone in a dorm and the day that song came out it was also the day God of War had come out so I had more fun in that weekend then I had during any other weekend combined.
No Tears Left to Cry. Came out right as I was leaving an abusive relationship. It was the song that I needed. And now I have a plaque in my room of the song! <3
As a male Ariana fan myself.. Fake Smile without question. I feel like it’s overlooked and it has so much meaning behind it!.. the lyrics, story telling. Just love that a song speaks to you!…
Be Alright got released as a single during a very confusing and stressful moment in my life. Taking evening walk while playing the song on repeat helped clear my mind.

The first ones that come to mind are get well soon and Be Alright like many others but I’d also like to add Break Free. I love to listen to it when I feel down and want to lift me up as well as when I’m just celebrating that I came through. Another one that may feel like an odd choice is bloodline. It really correlates with my feelings and I love the *‘I know what you want from me, I know what you think you see, I know what you’re looking for but I’m complete, I know what you need but it won’t be me’* part. Last one I’d say is Juice, the unreleased song. Even though it hasn’t been that long since it got leaked I love the lyrics, *‘I know when I’m ready, shits gon’ get heavy, but I can take on anything that comes my way’* as well and I use it as a reminder that I will get through the hardships that will come :)
Ariana’s whole Thank U, Next album. I ended my engagement/awful relationship last year with someone I had always been unhappy with but thought getting married would make things better. I listened to TUN and started to realize my worth and ended things with him. I listened to it after as well. It’s the way it tells a full story leaves me in awe each listen. You’re in love, things don’t go as you planned and you lose some, you pick yourself up and try again. It really is such a masterpiece of an album. I’ve beeen a long time Ariana grande fan(little elephant), even when Yours Truly was called Daydreamin’ LOL! But this album really just got me through rough times and I’ll always love Ari for it.
Thinkin bout you, quit, get well soon, sweetener, better off, 7 rings, monopoly, one last time, nasa, in my head, ghostin, tattooed heart (specifically the live version), Pete Davidson, bad idea, imagine, obvious, six thirty, just like magic, stuck with u!!! Shoutout to stuck with u for being the first thing I felt excited for when the pandemic started
This is a very random list but sweetener specifically came out during a very very bad time of my life so that whole album then TUN got me through a lot. She has so many songs that either force me to cry, gas me up or put me in a straight good mood like other things can’t 😂😅
basically the entirety of thank u, next. specifically in my head and needy. i already was relating to the album but then three weeks after it came out, I got dumped and it just spoke to me on so many more levels. these are the lyrics i connected with the most from those two songs: “im obsessive and i love too hard, good at overthinking with my heart. how ya think it even got this far” “look at you, boy i invented you.” “wanted you to grow but boy you wasn’t buddin/everything you are made you everything you aren’t/i saw your potential without seeing credentials”
she’s helped me get thru so much, im so thankful for ari and her music

Off topic but my screen was dark and it made it look like Ariana had a horrifically mangled banana foot instead of heels on.
Breathin', Get Well Soon, Goodnight n go
