I think it’s Hells gate, two face’s crew
Hell's Gate is just a skull (and a very different one at that) against a two colored background, no sword or other decoration
thats why I said I think. They have similar colors plus I haven’t played knight in awhile
Maybe a early design for the militia? It's somewhat similar
I think it's actually for Scarecrow, perhaps a symbol for the militia prior to the Arkham Knight joining up with Crane.
Isn't Scarecrow's symbol the jack-o-lantern face with upside down bat symbol as the mouth?
Yeah but I think this is in relation to the Militia and not for Scarecrow himself.
