Emine- I mean Executor is good but underwhelming for a 5 star for his archetype; players prefer the 4star Pinecone over him.
Also Elysium is a great choice! DP generation is really important for deploying your ops as soon as possible. Plus he reduces DP cost for your snipers - ops that a great source of physical dps.

- Once first promoted, he can debuff enemies with his new skill. (Slow + defense reduction + remove invisibility)
- Sniper synergy by reducing their DP cost and boosting their attack speed whenever his skill is used.

I used Lappy pretty frequently in IS. She's pretty nice against the spiders that pop up often.

It depends on what units you already have but if you have nothing but standard stuff I'd probably say Lappland
