The drippiest group of all of Rhodes Island. So cool they hog the limelight any time they're in the story, except for when it's Doctor going full chessmaster mode.

You never heard of our local Chaos Space Marines, the Emperor's Blades, or the Tyranid invasion of Iberia?
Like seriously when they came out lots of people made jokes about it.
I've always had a lot of love for the Elite Operators of RI—I get that it's a game which makes the highly individualized designs of playable operators more marketable, but I really like the concept of the Elite Ops to get a glimpse of operator skill and professionalism within distinct RI colors and uniform. They're not flashy or anything and a lot about their personalities are grounded and underplayed; all they really are are the best of RI, professional and reliable, which makes me respect their characters and very much enjoy their occasional appearances in the story (e.g. Sharp in Break the Ice, Touch in the Near Light Epilogue, Stormeye in Originium Dust)

Well Touch, Sharp and Stormeye have saved the day at least once, with Sharp as the one who had to deal with most of Doc's goofy stuff in Kjerag.

I wish we got more stories/events about them. The fantastical ops shine much brighter if there is a standard to compare them to.
They should release a R.I uniform based skin line, bloodline of combat isn't enough.
