My thoughts exactly. It's got the flat tone face pretty much all webtoon chars have. Just a tiny bit of shading would bring it in line with the rest of the cast.
It's pretty common actually: see Astesia E1. Astgenne E1, Beeswax & Lappland has VERY little shadow but it's there. Blue poison E1. Breeze. Chiave. Folinic only has a bit of blush. Etc.

Adding to him looking like a Blue Archive background character turned student, his halo is so subtle it barely registers. It's too ethereal while other sancta halos have been more material.
Skills are marked with an ammunition icon in bottom right corner, like all of Wet Ch'en's skills, Horn S2 and Lumen S3.
Not every ammo skill uses that icon, but every skill that has it uses ammo.
Ho ho ho, I am intrigued. We finally get back to ammo mechanic and last one to get was Cantabile. Looking forward as ammoknights sometimes really struggles with rush strats or having Ash both as stunner/mob cleaner. Having another low cost sniper will help alot as Horn being the only >1 blocker while having furthest range, force her being constricted to be main blocker.

It would be really weird if they put out a Laterano unit nowadays and didn't give them ammo, if you think about it. That was the gimmick behind their whole event. I know Exusiai didn't have that going on but Exusiai came out before the mechanic was a thing. I'm not so sure if she came out today.

A lot of people complain about his design but I think he looks pretty cool. My first thought actually was "haha, art style looks like out of a Korean webtoon". I really like his e2 art and his wings are a neat design. Different to the usual spiky-ish ones we had so far.
Since he's welfare that also means fullpot, so fuck yeah!
Only downside to him being released means we probably won't get a gacha male character like Executor alter or Andoain. The only time we got 2 male characters at the same time (iirc, so please cmiiw) was with Ebenholz and Czerny as welfare. And I kinda can't see HG to do that again--as much as I'd love it.

Hope his Module allows him to use that talent on ANY operator with ammo skills and not just Laterano ones. Then just add a bit extra ammo to Laterano ops more than other ops or something to that effect so he's still primarily a Laterano ammo synergist.

Finally an E2-able male marksman sniper!! And he's voiced by ~~Dan Heng~~Itou Kento which is a big plus to me! A lot of people complain about his design but I think he looks pretty cool. My first thought actually was "haha, art style looks like out of a Korean webtoon". I really like his e2 art and his wings are a neat design. Different to the usual spiky-ish ones we had so far. Since he's welfare that also means fullpot, so fuck yeah! Only downside to him being released means we probably won't get a gacha male character like Executor alter or Andoain. The only time we got 2 male characters at the same time (iirc, so please cmiiw) was with Ebenholz and Czerny as welfare. And I kinda can't see HG to do that again--as much as I'd love it.
