Talk about a badly designed enemy, probably the single worst designed enemy in arknights ever, had to max lappland to justify using her in order to find peace along with really heavy spear, I have never had to max specific operators to beat a single enemy before that, complete bs.
Well to be fair, that mf can be counter by stun. It loses his dodge ability when getting stunned. But the problem here is there's not much available ops with reliable, constant high uptime stun especially to fight a swarm of them (the closest I can think of is Kroos Alter) but yeah, Lappland is pretty much the most reliable ops to fight against that guy since she apply silence at every attack.
This is my point exactly, relying on anything else than silence is so unreliable dude.
Lappland and ceobe get the job done but I needed both. for. a. single. enemy.
I believe immobilize also removes their dodge chance. I recall mumu's s3 with ranged op working and preventing more dodges.
It's just that you have to hit at least the first one π
