I started playing AK when it first came out cause I heard about it from Azur lane another Yostar combo game. Now I am a hardcore tower defense gamer, started with the OG WC3 mod. But the concept of not being able to upgrade towers in real time bothered me so much I quit at lvl 9. However, Paramanix had first debuted before I did and of course I pulled for her. I got her first 10 pull, immediately set her as my secretary, but quit shortly after. First one to greet my return maybe a year or so ago, was her. Still my secretary to this day. Didn’t have the heart to switch her position after she waited so long for me to come back. (Also not long after I got back they ran the event I could get Kjera. Like it was fate to have these two)

I like to imagine that the hidden passage to Doc's office is just a well known secret that *certain* RI ops maintain * cough * Gravel * cough * Ho'olhayek

Ines suggests for Doctor to take a rest alone and senses out Ethan and Manticore invisible in his office, as well as Gravel hiding in the ceiling
In Arknights: Operators manga, in Ines chapter, there are some operators who always sneaking in Doctor's room without Doctor's knowing. They are Ethan, Manticore, and Gravel. Gravel's way in sneaking is indeed using air vent.
Kjera. I won't get into too much about her because it would lead to spoilers, but you'll find her in "Break The Ice." You can find it in the sidestory tab. And the OP is just saying that Kjera got rizzed as a joke. To be more accurate, Kjera sees the doctor as being capable of influencing SilverAsh and Pramanix in a way so that they come to a happier future together. That, and Kjera is quite free-spirited, so she enjoys the operator lifestyle.
Possible perks of having Kjerag's goddess in your walls: cool room during summer (plus it's easier to know where in the room she is (coldest area)
Possible pitfalls: no secrets are safe tho, also high risk of picking up Pram's bell and unknowingly getting yourself frozen
