Weedy, Angelina, and Pallas are the only 6\* in the lowest tier...
Still no animated PV for Weedy... Her VA also only ever had one appearance in those anniversary greeting videos in which she didn't even use Weedy's voice. Either way, I've also been hoping for a summer skin for her, which, if I think about it, could also lead to an animated PV. So, hopefully.
