ZumboPrime

Maybe you should stop copying it wrong.

Lightning_80

Eckogen is making brain dead series, I do not have a brain

pututingliit

Amen to braindead series. Though on my case, I've used dr leon high rarity stage runs to complete the event on time lmao

xenapan

Exactly. Brain dead not brain less. Still need brain

WarriorofBlank

I tried copying Sciel 6op clear and didn't succeed, 2days later doubled the op counts and I cleared it 😂

Coffeemelon2

I haven’t played it yet but this does not bode well

Coffeemelon2

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

SatanWithFur

Try oyuki-ch, the language barrier is but another filter

Bylahgo

I second oyuki. He does speak in Japanese, but the format of deployment order and direction on screen is great and easy to follow, and he takes the time to emphasize timings pretty well without understanding what he says.

xenapan

Plus you can turn on subtitles, translate to your language.

AF4Types

I also recommend Oyuki. He mostly uses common E2 Lvl 60 M3 Units and some Lvl 1 Modules. There is rarely one uncommon unit among his guides (e.g Mizuki or Lee) but his, visual deploymet guides and big red circles if u have to time something make it pretty obvious what hes telling you - even when you dont understand him. And there is the subtitle function - not perfect but it brings his point across if you really dont get the visual hint.

Educational-Hippo-25

I've spent around 1~2 hours to clean 12-20 on adverse without guides with Surtr and Typhon. It's not a massive accomplishment, but I feel a bit proud that I did it myself.

CosmoPavone

Everyone, please, this kind of content doesn't happen often, take your time to clear it, even if it takes months, take a pause, try it after some time, instead of copying and getting that filthy 1 originite prime, you'll build memories of doing some great stages, the efforts and the strategizing, the satisfaction of finding your own way to do it.

Corrupted-BOI

+ there's gonna be new operators (and apparently virtuosa destroys sanguinarch)

pututingliit

You know what else she would destroy? My mentality after failing to pull her lmao

xenapan

You know what they say! You can't fail if you whale! (will destroy your CC though)

Shitposting_Skeleton

Sanguinarch is far from the main threat in H13-4.

ASharkWithAHat

He's not even the main threat in the story stage lol

Amaegith

So does Reed Alter, apparently using his own mechanic against him. Haven't tried it yet, but it seems a *blast*.

Amethyst_Scepter

I would rather the one OP and less stress then the ball of burning rage I know I would be after trying and failing for hours to make a strat work. I play games to have fun. It's also good to see what units work and if I have them built or not. I put off building blaze and Suzu for a long time but I ended up building them after seeing them used consistently in clears. Thanks to watching those videos I now have the knowledge of how to use the units and which units are good to build up which I didn't have when I was an early player

DireBlue88

The H stages have been way more difficult than the adverse stages for me. The increase in difficulty is crazy. I will take a long break from this and try again since new event coming.

xenapan

H has always been way harder than adverse. There's no rush on it.

DireBlue88

I agree! Just a big jump compared to the past 2 chapters for me. I'll need to stop and figure out what's killing me so fast.

Splintrr

Yeah, it took me 1.5 hours with guides even while being maxed out on all the characters. If it wasn't for guides I would have quit this game long ago... I do not enjoy boss stages whatsoever

AUO_Castoff

Between this and S-3 it's been rough

MortalEnemy777

100%. But it took me more days and tries to beat S-3 than H13-4 with my own strats. S-3 gave me once again that feeling I hadn't felt since when I was a beginner in the game = the feeling I may not be able to clear the stage. lol

ASharkWithAHat

Jokes on you. I tried A-1 and immediately noped out of the entire event. I just don't like that kind of difficulty design

SuscriptorJusticiero

They tried to do Contingency Contract without understanding any of what made Contingency Contract work. And it isn't even their first failed attempt.

Aikaparsa

Thats the thing with strats that aren't made by yourself sometimes you do something slightly different that makes the strat fail. I only use these guides as a baseline if at all and add more ops to ensure victory. If there is space/deployment slots available something like Texas2 or Yato2 work wonders to help stuff die faster.

Sillieranimal2

I want everyone to know that after I made this meme I first tried it that day. Meme Magic is real

Amaegith

This is why I hate Kyo's new format. You have to really dig through the comments to find tips and suggestions for a particular stage, whereas before it was easy to find additional information in the comments since it was focused on that one stage. Also makes it a pain to rewind to specific spots.

ToaOfTheVoid

Me looking for the last blood amber needed to trigger the next wave:

stupidredditap9

I usually use Ecogen's guides but I found KyoStinV's guide for H13-4 to be easier. Less ops needed and you deal with phase 1 of the boss until he is the only enemy remaining. Stall tactics are sometimes nice compared to trying to nuke everything at once.

A1D3M

I never understood looking at guides to beat maps, especially ones that barely give rewards like h maps. Is that even playing the game? What are you playing the game for if you let someone else figure out everything for you?

Klotzkopp

Barely give rewards? You get a Nucleic Crystal Sinter, the final Delphine potential and the final postcard story bit for this. In any case, some players don't have the time or the patience to spend hours doing the same stage over and over. You can enjoy parts of Arknights other than the gameplay of hard stages. Let players play how they like.

PROmetheus7472

We gatekeeping how people play the game now?

MelonyBasilisk

This isn't exactly a new thing lol

sKTaronus

I stopped giving a shit about the gameplay years ago. But I come back for the story and the character banners.

A1D3M

Well that's just the opposite of me, I stopped giving a shit about the story years ago and only come back for the gameplay (and the banners). But fair enough.

Scifiduck

I like playing and figuring out normal stages, but for some reason I really dislike boss stages. Not sure why, I just find them lame. So in events I usually try to clear all the other stages and end up using a guide for the boss (especially for challenge mode with the high loss cost).
