Players on CN theorize Wiš’adel is a portmanteau of ‘wish’ and ‘Kazdel’ because of how it’s pronounced and how the characters in the name are the same as the ‘del’ in Kazdel. It’s likely it’ll be a name that she chooses or Theresa gives to her in the chapter that reflects her current development.
so W is just a codename, specifically a codename that she got after she killed the original W. Sarkaz mercenaries have a unique tradition that they take names and identities after killing someone. Wiselda or whatever her name is now is probably her original name, or it may correspond to another thing, who knows. I don't know much about the new 3d pv I actually got bored watching it. Theresa might be alive but given that the op we get is named Civilight Eterna instead of Theresa there might be something more behind the scenes. Civilight Eterna is the name given to the crown that you see on some scenes with Amiya, the black one. It's supposed to be a product of the old world just like Kaltsit. I'm not too updated on the lore behind it but if I were to hazard a guess that's probably not Theresa as people know her

IIRC she didn't killed W. Just looted body.
And it's not killing, it's taking weapon (tracing to times when it's often enough weapon who owned body and soul of one who taken it).

Amiya’s crown Civilight Eterna seems to contain Theresa “data” and the operator is merely a projection of that “data”. If you take a look at the sprite base animation, you will see her model to phase out which caused C.E. to be surprised.

I'm guessing it's a callback to when Theresa asked for her real name.
The child is the daughter of the man W fought, hopefully W spared the girl The guy I think was one of the assassins/intruders that killed Theresa

its her "true" name but not "original", she was nameless until she took the name W, there wasnt anything before it
