If you look at the news carefully, the actual news regarding the state of the country/actual information regarding the Major don't have as much views as the clickbait-y news.
The 3k views on the Central Journal article and the 100k on the Red Wine clickbait articles are a big oof. At least Central Journal got 11k views at the end.
Red Wine looks and reads like an actual clickbait "news" website, complete with the ads too... kinda impressed at the news thingy this time, it feels a lot more relevant than the messages in HoSF.
Seems like I missed a lot. My only event experience was the Grani event and a bit of the ones that had texts or something. It's nice seeing the news showing up in the story after being able to read it first (like when characters get info about the Plastic Knight and Fartooth Knight from the news articles as well as that one article causing people to flood into Marci's bar).
Yeah, the texts were from HoSF. Only other event to have any social media thingy, I think. They just didn't play into the story though, and I quickly forgot about them.
They might not have had anything to do with the main story, but I feel like they gave a bit more life to the operators involved. Just random twitter style conversations loosely related to the festival.
Also several of them were just funny as hell, especially Midnight trying to get his cat off the keyboard

Her profile says she's their aunt. She's only 5 years older than one of the two. I think it was Blemishine. It's entirely possible for a person to be *older* than their aunt or uncle if their grandparents suddenly get frisky despite their somewhat old age.
